Birchbox Breakdown

Let's be frank: your feet are in tough condition. Between the flip flops and walking around barefoot, you've amassed quite the collection of callouses and scaly areas. Lucky for you, this thick salve can handle even the most neglected feet. Apply it regularly and you'll be ready to play footsie in no time.

How to Use

Olive fruit and safflower seed oils moisturize and restore the tough skin on your heels and toes. Peppermint oil smells great and rejuvenates aching feet.

Olea europaea (olive) fruit oil, beeswax, Carthamus tinctorius (safflower) seed oil, pollen extract, Mentha piperita (peppermint) oil, lanolin, Euphorbia cerifera (candelilla) wax, tocopheryl acetate.

Rough feet
Purchased

I have rough and cracked heels. This product is great for that. It is very greasy. I put it on before I go to bed and wear socks so it won't get every where. It's sandal season now and I'm not embarrassed to wear them when I use this. I just wish it was easier to apply.

My Feet Thank You
Purchased

After using this foot repair salve for just a short time my feet looked and felt so much better. This is a great buy too as this tin will be lasting me a very long time.

Helps for mild dried out feet.

As many of the other reviewers mentioned, the oily texture is an issue - it is messier and slower to dry than regular old vaseline. However, if i sit still for at least 15 minutes while keeping my feet up, (and my mind obviously otherwise occupied!) My only complaint is the applicator issue - I don't have any surgical gloves laying around, and it can tend to get evreywhere. Fast. Including a small aplicator (brush, superzie q-tip, etc.,) with the first purchase, and then allow us to buy more refills as we go along. Other than that, this is the first salve where I have actually see (and felt) a difference in the roughness of my feet. Now I'm not too shy to go get a pedicure! Will definitely buy again, and buy one for my mother as well. Oh, and the peppermine smell is relaxing and a nice touch, not overpowering at all

Mixed opinions on this product
Purchased

I have had very rough skin on my feet for months with alot of peeling. Initially the balm didn't seem to penetrate the skin but each day as I use it, it does seem to absorb more and seem to be helping. Hopefully with more time and regular use, I may see more results. To be honest though, vaseline might work almost as well. Time will tell.

Okay not sure I'd buy again

It smells good. It's kinda oily and it's not as effective as I need it to be and i'd say my feet are average maybe even better than some.
