This is not a lip gloss, although it has many of the qualities of a tube lip gloss. It is more than a lip gloss, however. It is far more of a moisturizer which hydrates your lips. Many of the properties of a lip balm, chapstick, or salve are similar to this Tinted Lip Enhancer. However, this is much lighter in weight. Jouer has made a very upscale product, which is like a treat to use. If you like cosmetics, you will enjoy pampering yourself with this product. It even comes nicely boxed.
The color of the tint is a light coral and very pretty. It is named Bellini, for the famous Italian drink made of champagne and peaches. As you can see, there is a lot of thought behind this brand and whom they are targeting.
If you like a light touch concerning your make up, and barely want your lipstick to be noticable, yet you would like to make your lips supple and smooth, this is a good choice for you.
I would imagine (although I don't use it this way) it might make a good glossy overcoat for a more heavy type of lipstick.
I do not think that enhancer in this case means "lip plumper" although it may be stated on the box that way. It simply means that if you choose to apply Bellini by Jouer, your lips will be enhanced in that they will be softened and the color will be lightly tinted a youthful (yet not immature or teen-looking) peach-coral.
I like this very much and recommend it!
