terrible toner
Purchased

Both my mom and I purchased this toner and we both hated it. My skin is sensitive and I have a very clear complexion with the occasional breakout and hers is normal and aging. When I first tried this toner it stung my face so bad and then got very tingly and it made it red. After the first week of trying this my fave began to breakout terribly! I formed more blackheads on my chin than I've ever had and my face got very bumpy. My mom had the exact same problem. Not sure what's in this toner that's supposed to be 'anti blemish' but clearly it did the opposite for both of us. I bought this toner because it has such great reviews so I'm not sure what's so good about this stuff? After 2 weeks of using it I stopped and my face has now began to get back to its normal pimple free self. Not a good toner for me!

I Love You Michael Todd!
Purchased

I have two Michael Todd toners. They're both great, but this one is my favorite. The other one is harsher, and my sixteen year old daughter with acne/oily skin loves it. This algae toner fits my aging normal (well, it's not oily or dry) skin much better. Both the Michael Todd toners are the best I've ever used, but this one seems to extra soothe. It just makes my skin feel so nice and prepped for serum and moisturizer.

This toner was a nice change from other toners. It smelled great and it made my face feel and look good. I like the idea of it being antibacterial which is helpful for my acne prone skin!

Strong scent, but loved the effect

The strong herb-y smell was a bit much for me but it did its job and helped a little with breakouts. Great toner and would buy full-sized!

Not too shabby.

I use a toner most every night. Until my 30's - that was rubbing alcohol. This feels nice going on. No funky odor. It doesn't appear to remove any lingering impurities or really tighten things up at all. Nothing special.
