I purchased Stila Smudge Stick Eye-Liner at Shoppers Drugmart outside of my neighbourhood, used it once, and then couldn't twist it up or down. I returned to this Shoppers about two weeks later and it just so happened that two Stila reps were present that day. I thought great, I am going to get great service. When the Shoppers rep directed me to these young women (who were simply having a conversation and not assisting anyone), they were anything but helpful, and made me feel like I was disturbing them. I explained the issue, and they claimed that there wasn't one, and suggested that I used it and, therefore, no eye liner was left. I was clear that I only used it once, and that even if I did use it for two weeks, it is not ok to spend that much money on an eye-liner that was only going to last two weeks. They reluctantly agreed to give me a replacement. As I walked away from these superior beings, the Shoppers rep apologized and asked me to return to the store another day. I tried the new eye-liner at home and, once again, the twist mechanism didn't work. I didn't bother returning to Shoppers - who has time for this nonsense?
