These fresh-scented hand cremes from Illume have us thinking spring year-round. The brightly colored tubes are cheery enough to chase away even the worst of the winter blahs, and the five scents—Desert Tulip, Anemone, Cactus Verde, Coconut Milk Mango, and Thai Lily—are perfect for cold and warm weather alike. Plus, the formulas are paraben-free, never tested on animals, and contain moisturizing natural oils to soften skin.
This soft and yummy lotion has the best smell. It isn't greasy and keeps your hands so soft all day long.5
This hand creme is perfect for everyday use. The consistancy was in between thick and runny, making it perfect for daily use. The smell was to die for! Highly recommeded!4
Received this in Cactus Verde. I wouldn't say that this lotion is anything special. It smelled okay, it worked okay. It is just okay.3
This hand creme is great. I love the smell. I love the thickness. I love the feeling as you rub your hands together. I love that it is quickly absorbed into your skin. Leaves my hands feeling great. I love creams anyhow. Better than lotions. I will be getting soon.5
I held on to this sample for a couple months (saving it for travel), and just recently opened it. The scent I received in my Birchbox was Cactus Verde, which is a very soft and clean scent. I used in on my very dry, cracked knuckles before bed and woke to nicely softened skin. I will definitely get the full size and keep in my bedside table.5
This cream is nice in that it isn't too oily, and isn't too sticky/dry either. The scent was pretty powerful, though. Pretty and floral, but just a little too strong for a hand lotion.4
This is going to sound strange, but this scent was different on me, than it was on two of my other friends. I know that if you have a scent on you already things will smell different, but none of us were wearing fragrances prior to using the lotion. Nevertheless, this scent was lovely, but very, very strong. The lotion also left my skin feeling silky soft.3
I got the desert tulip. At first, the smell is really overpowering, but as it lessens, it's quite pleasant and natural, not chemically smelling like a B&BW lotion. The sample size lasted me forever! And it's Santa Ana winds right now, I'm super dry, and this stuff has held up really, really, really well!4
This lotion was nice but didn't do anything amazing to moisturize my hands. Just regular lotion. Although I did like the smell, flowery but not too overwhelming.4
The sample I got was "anemone" and it smells like it should be used by men. It's gross. The actual lotion itself feels nice, I just can't get past the smell and would be reluctant to just buy a scent without smelling it first, based on this experience.1
