These fresh-scented hand cremes from Illume have us thinking spring year-round. The brightly colored tubes are cheery enough to chase away even the worst of the winter blahs, and the five scents—Desert Tulip, Anemone, Cactus Verde, Coconut Milk Mango, and Thai Lily—are perfect for cold and warm weather alike. Plus, the formulas are paraben-free, never tested on animals, and contain moisturizing natural oils to soften skin.
I didn't realize until I came to write a review that Illume mainly makes candles, that is why their lotion smells so amazing! I sampled the Cactus verde, it smells very refreshing and flowery but not too potent. The lotion felt watery while I was rubbing in and I almost immediately disregarded it... BUT a few seconds later my hands felt like they drank lovely milky perfume! As a nurse, I have a battle with dry hands and in a never end search for products to rehydrate my poor abused hands. I think I will add this to my list of day lotions. (I need the super thick stuff overnight) Way to go illume, I am impressed.5
I liked the way this made my hands feel! They felt very soft and the smell was nice.4
I liked this lotion but the scent seemed a little overwhelming. It was a pleasant fragrance though.4
To me lotion is lotion and I actually prefer more natural and subtle scents. This one smells nice, but it's quite strong3
This smells absolutely perfect, it also is a great cream not too oily and leaves my hands feeling soft.5
Cute packaging, great spring scent. Generally a good lotion, just a bit greasy.4
This smelled amazing! I was hesitant about this product at first but ended up being really happy with it. The scent was not too overwhelming and made my hands feel great after.5
The moisturizing value was awesome, the scent was over-poweringly floral.2
Smell is way too string. It leaves a greasy residue on my hands and the non resealable sample is terrible. You can only try this once.1
The smell of the coconut milk is amazing. It's moisturizing, also. It DOES take a while to sink into the skin, but I think that's because it's so thick and creamy.
It's perfect for places like work, where you can't wear strong perfume, but still want to smell pretty.
