While we love surprises most of the time, waking up to a major zit is our idea of a full-blown catastrophe. Keep blemishes from making unwanted entrances with this soothing, hydrating cleanser. It’s made with certified-organic botanicals that break down pore-clogging debris. The impressive gel formula is made with an organic juice base of sweet cherry, lemon, and aloe, which are all rich in healing nutrients and antioxidants. Coconut and sugar extracts remove blemish-causing gunk and oil while respecting your skin’s moisture barrier. Use this cleanser regularly to see visible improvement.
I don't regularly use a blemish clearing cleanser. Rather, I'm more likely to apply a cream topically to a specific blemish or use an exfoliator. I tried this product over the course of a week, using it on three different occasions. I was careful to make sure I applied the wash only to the t-zone of my face. I didn't like the smell of the cleanser and the consistency was thin. This isn't a product I would purchase for myself or recommend. I also didn't notice that it had a positive effect as far as clearing up my skin.1
When I got this sample I was a little bummed because although I have combination skin, I'm lucky to only get the very occasional blemish, so it didn't seem relevant to me. I decided to give it a shot because I was excited to finally try this brand. It seemed to cleanse well, but with no blemishes I couldn't judge it's acne fighting power. Soon after using it a few times, I realized my skin looked terrible, and without putting the two together, I kept using it to fight the new and frequent blemishes. I had changed absolutely nothing in my routine or diet other than the wash, and after a friend who also sampled it said it was making her break out, I decided to take a break and see if my skin cleared up. Almost instantly after going back to my old wash my skin was back to normal. I've stopped using the wash and my skin looks a million times better again, after changing nothing else in my routine or activities. I find it ironic that it's supposed to fight acne, and it did nothing but cause it.1
Not sure why I was sent an acne product. I did try it and broke out. The product was watery and I hated the scent and it gave me a break out on my cheeks.1
I don't really use blemish products, I do a lot more preventive stuff, so I'm not sure this product is for me.1
So I am always a little leery when I try face washes for acne prone skin. Overall it was just ok for my skin. I didn't make my face feel dried out or itchy. I can see how it would help, but for right now I am going to stick with what I have been using.1
I did not like this product at all. First of all, it smells like a household cleaner, not something I want to wash my face with. It is super runny and as much product fell into the sink as my hands. As far as its effectiveness, I don't feel that it cleaned well at all. Even after rinsing my face twice, I felt like it left a residue or something on my skin.1
I did the sample patch and I'm allergic. I was interested though because it is organic. It also has a nice scent.1
I have very sensitive skin. After a couple of uses, my skin was very red and irritated. Just not for me1
I do not have any problems with blemishes. I tried the product and it felt clean after using, but it made my skin feel tight and dry1
I wanted to like this product, but after the very first use it burned my sensitive skin and made it look terrible. In addition, the smell was so repulsive that I could barely stand to use it.1
