Unless you won the genetic lottery, chances are you’ll be battling occasional pimples long into adulthood. Whenever you feel blemishes emerging, strike back with this organic fruit acid-based serum. Not only does it unclog your pores, but it also lightens the appearance of age spots and sun damage.
I'm not a fan of Juice Beauty....I used to sell the brand when it was in its early stages. I'm not prone to breakout, but will give this product the chance it deserves.2
I was really excited to try this out, as I would love to switch from my prescription acne gel to something organic and natural. Unfortunately (after using this for a week), it is just not powerful enough for my skin.2
I liked that it didn't smell harsh like other blemish clearing serums but it dried out my blemishes so much it actually made them look worse. I would have been better off just to use a hot rag to bring it down.2
Again this product is for someone with acne prone skin not someone with DRY SENSITIVE SKIN. I do not get acne. I never have. I luckily gave this to a friend and they are in love. The peel which I have tried, although not through birchbox, is a godsend and I purchased that.2
Getting the Kiehl's product and this one in the same box seems redundant. They seem to do the same thing.2
I'm not that excited about the Juice Beauty brand to begin with, and I already have an anti-acne routine, so this wasn't a helpful sample to me at all.2
Blemish serum and dark age spot serum in the same box??? REALLY? Please put more thought into your boxes because I can't see myself keeping up with you if you don't make them better, like they were before......2
While this didn't harm my skin, it also wasn't super effective on blemishes. Tried to use it for dark spot removal as well, but didn't experience any lightening. Ended up using it as more of an acne serum to use up the sample.3
Overall I liked this serum. I found I could only wear at night as it left my skin a bit sticky. I found myself using it as a spot treatment (most of my breakouts are on my chin) and it either well for that. Well worth trying if you're battling acne and prefer natural products.3
I like that it absorbs quickly and doesn't dry out my skin, but after a few weeks, it doesn't seem to be doing much for my acne.3
