If you miss spending your summer days with nothing but time to kill and a packet of Pop Rocks, then you’ll be happy to find these Effervescent Breath Crystals, which attack halitosis with the ferocity of that sweet, crackling candy. The science rests on a mix of bacteria-fighting ingredients that, when in contact with germ-filled teeth and gums, erases the effects of embarrassing odors caused by things like coffee, onions, and garlic with a series of mini-mouth explosions.
This stuff is just like pop rocks. The pop and crackle when you eat them. They taste pretty good and they do freshen your breath. I received the lemon flavor and the mint flavor. I wasn't a huge fan of the lemon just because I don't feel like my mouth is very clean or fresh when it tastes like lemon, but that's just me. I liked the mint flavor much better, but I'm not sure it's something that I would spend the money on. I did enjoy the sample, though.3
I liked this product for what it was, and found they they did help me out in a pinch when my breath was not at its freshest. I liked the idea (pop rocks + breath freshener = good combo!) but I cannot see myself ordering a full sized product.3
This is a weird oral product that i refuse to try I'm sorry. its needs in my mouth like no thank you mam. bye.1
I thought the breath crystals were odd, at first. After I tried them, I'm impressed. They worked! Kind of fun to use and super effective. I was shocked that, after a tuna sandwich for lunch, this little packet worked!4
Not only are these delicious, they're like an adult version of pop rocks that refresh your breath and make you feel snazzy. Can you say stocking stuffers?!5
These are highly effective but I don't think after getting a sample in my birch box I would purchase them. I wasn't a fun of the crackling candy feel - it seemed unhealthy. I didn't research it though.4
This was an interesting concept. I'm not sure how much it helped with bad breath but the taste wasn't bad at all.3
My boyfriend got a sample of these in his Birchbox, so I bought more after trying the first one. They are minty and do feel like they cleanse your palette. They taste like minty pop rocks, so it's super fun. After a few more packs, though, the wow factor pretty much gets old after a while.3
Ever find yourself with a need for something more than a breath mint or a piece of gum but nothing handy? Keep these in your purse! They take up no space and not only work better than a mint or gum but are also more long lasting. It's the next best thing to brushing your teeth!5
Tried this weird cross between Listerine strips and Pop Rocks candy. Wasn't exactly "refreshing", just a weird sensation. Not a huge fan overall.2
