Nine times out of ten, moisturizers list water as one of their main ingredients. Juice Beauty’s oil-free hydrator is a standout exception to the rule. Their active-packed formula is made with a powerful base of organic juices so that every single drop feeds your skin. Full of antioxidants, it’s great for those with oily or blemish-prone skin since the lightweight formula won’t clog pores.
The product moisturized, but left my face to greasy. I had to use very little on forehead and more aroung my nose. I would not recommend for combination skin.2
Don't mind the moisturizer itself, but I HATE the smell - it smells like glass cleaner! Completely dissuaded me from using the entire sample.2
I have very intense combination skin - super dry/flaky in some patches, oily and pimply in others. I don't think this one works for me - it didn't absorb into my skin at all, and didn't hydrate all day.2
I have really dry skin and this is too light weight for me. I need a more intense moisturizer. My skin ended up more flaky after i used it.2
This product was not a big winner for me. I love that it is organic, but if it doesn't work and smells like a cleaning product, what's the point?!2
It works fine on my skin just fine. The smell, however, is not good. The first day I used it, I got into bed with it on and my husband asked if i'd been cleaning the bathroom. The smell is very chemically, and really does smell like heavy duty cleaning products. I won't be buying this once my sample is finished.2
it feels really smooth on my face and i feel so hydrated. i got a sample in my birchbox and i am glad i did i think i really like it.2
I tried this as part of a sample from birchbox, and I'm glad I did versus buying a whole bottle. I thought the lotion felt sticky after I first put it on, which is always a negative in my book but something that might not bother other people. I will admit I'm picky when it comes to lotions on my face because I hate that sticky feeling or an overly greasy feeling. But that was not as bad as about 3-4 minutes after I put it on it started burning! Not horribly enough that I had to try and wash it all off (not sure it would have helped anyway at that point it had absorbed in) but enough so that I would never use it again. I have never had a lotion burn like that. I've had some cleansers that were like that but never a lotion and I would never use a lotion again that felt like that. I tossed the rest of the sample in the trash because I wouldn't use even if my face was dried out and i had no lotion on hand. I realize it may not be like that for everyone, but I was not happy with this sample.2
After using for a few days I think the product is great for a moisturizer and I'll keep the sample in my gym bag but the scent brought back memories of children's paste strongly enough that I don't intend to purchase.2
I like the feel of this lotion, however the smell was really off-putting. Had a plastic essence to it that I did not like. My skin doesn't seem to care for it either way.2
