Nine times out of ten, moisturizers list water as one of their main ingredients. Juice Beauty’s oil-free hydrator is a standout exception to the rule. Their active-packed formula is made with a powerful base of organic juices so that every single drop feeds your skin. Full of antioxidants, it’s great for those with oily or blemish-prone skin since the lightweight formula won’t clog pores.
I don't think that my skin likes this brand and I can't quite put my finger on what it is about it that makes me break out. I didn't like this moisturizer and wouldn't recommend it to someone with acne prone skin. It made my acne worse!1
This product was nasty overall. It smelt gross to begin with but i thought i would put it on anyway and I ended up washing my face over again because it made my skin so sticky.1
This moisturizer was way too thick and left my face feeling greasy.1
I did not like this product, I used it and then applied my makeup, and it made my face look dry and flaky not like my usual moisturizer. I don't know how that's possible, but it's just not for me.1
Thanks to Birchbox I have discovered that my ol' standby facial lotion is just not moisturizing my face enough - just one day back on it made me realize how nice the samples I've been receiving really are!
Now with that said, I was not a fan of this particular moisturizer. It really does hydrate my face but it is just WAY too runny for my tastes. I like my facial lotions to be viscous, not liquid. In fact, the only reason I discovered my ol' standby wasn't doing the job was because I was put off by how liquid this moisturizer is and stopped trying it after three days of use. But because I don't want a dry, flaky nose and chin, I'm slogging through this sample until I buy the Dr Jart's moisturizer from June's box.
Hard to get skin to absorb and it felt sticky and mask like. I walk 1.7 miles to work everyday and my skin would not breath---just dripped sweat from my face. ECK! Did not like at all1
First, it smelled AWFUL!! Second, it has NO SPF!!! Third, it is sticky and leaves a residue. I can't think of a morning routine where I apply a sticky lotion and wait for it to dry then put on sunscreen over it. Then make-up. This product was a no for me. The one positive thing was that it was a very large sample. when I discovered that I didn't want it on my face, it was enough lotion to moisturize my whole body and my feet, hands and elbows that night.1
I got a sample of this a few years ago and didn't care for it, though I couldn't remember why. Now I remember. The smell is absolutely horrible. I had to wash my face after applying, because it was so strong it made me nauseous. Can't speak to its performance, as I wasn't able to tolerate the smell long enough to say.1
Despite being an oil free moisturizer this product left my skin feeling slimy.1
Not a fan of the sticky feeling it went on and after it dried. did not like the smell at all.1
