Nine times out of ten, moisturizers list water as one of their main ingredients. Juice Beauty’s oil-free hydrator is a standout exception to the rule. Their active-packed formula is made with a powerful base of organic juices so that every single drop feeds your skin. Full of antioxidants, it’s great for those with oily or blemish-prone skin since the lightweight formula won’t clog pores.
This is the best oil-free moisturizer that I've found that works well on my combination skin. As someone who uses multiple acne medications, it helps with my flaky skin and it also doesn't make me break out. Smells good, isn't horribly expensive, and it keeps my skin hydrated for most of my 12-13 hour work days. The only caveat is that it does give your skin that dewy look, which I usually don't mind, but sometimes I wish it was a little more matte.4
this lotion is alright, doesn't make me break out necessarily, but it's a bit thick, and doesn't "sink in" to the skin like other moisturizers do.4
As much as I want to like Juice beauty products, I just don't. I've tried several Juice products and they consistently miss the mark for me. This moisturizer is so thin and I feel like it does nothing for my skin when I apply it. The texture is watery and the product is overall disappointing.2
This moisturizer is really great for anyone with oily skin. It moisturizes without making my face oily and doesn't cause me to break out. It's not as good as their Nutrient Moisturizer (not offered on this website), but is about half as expensive so the trade off is worth it to me.4
I love the fact that it's organic and has wonderful ingredients. This product however is not for my skin, it's not hydrating and leaves a weird filmy texture on my skin. Might be a great product for those hat have oily/combination skin.2
Im doing everything I can to avoid nasty chemicals which is why I purchased this face lotion. It goes on kind of thick but after a few minutes my skin felt smooth and not oily at all. It smells a little earthy but not in an offensive off putting way. I suggest anyone looking to cut harsh chemicals out of their routine to try Juice Beauty products. I plan on buying it again once I run out.5
This is a great lightweight and non-greasy moisturizer for everyday use. The scent is minimal but pleasing and overall this is a very gentle product. I wash my face twice a day and typically use this moisturizer each time after and it is just the right amount of moisture without being heavy.4
I'm always hesitant to use lotion on my face when I have breakouts because I feel like it will just perpetuate the issue but this lotion felt really light and non-oily on my face. I liked the scent, too.4
The smell was nice to me, very organic scent but i did not care for the consistency of it and how it made my skin feel. Did not hate it but it just isn't for me.3
Until recently, I'd suffered from moderate acne and rarely ever moisturized. After clearing up my skin (as a side effect of a strong antibiotic I was on for another illness) my skin still breaks out hormonally and if I don't keep up my cleaning routine.
This moisturizer has become a staple (alone with the Juice Beauty acne cleanser) since I started using it last year. I have repurchased several times and will continue to.
I don't mind the smell (which others have mentioned). I did notice that when I first started buying it, it smelled like apples and now it seems to smell much more organic (someone said like dirt and that's accurate). It's a bit thick but it still doesn't clog my pores. I've used it before bed and also under makeup and I'm happy with both uses.
