As enamored as we are with all things BB, Benefit Cosmetics is taking us above and beyond the alphabet with their latest creation: Big Easy. Like its sisters in BB cream land, the tinted formula veils fine lines and blemishes while evening out skin tone. But this next-gen version goes even further to achieve complexion perfection. The liquid-to-powder formula glides on smoothly like a cream but dries to a shine-free finish, veiling everything from fine lines to uneven skin toneand its velvety coverage lasts all day. Plus, your skin will have the benefit of SPF 35 protection. What's more, the formula comes in six versatile shades.
The actual packaging of this product looks enticing and I thought the color and texture worked fine with my skin. The sample size was so small I don't have a clear idea of how well it works. If you are a fan of benefit, you would probably be pleased with this product. I don't have a lot of experience with their products, and this sample didn't give me enough informationt to become a new customer.2
I typically don't wear any concealer or foundation on my skin since it is super sensitive. The color didn't match my skin and I felt that it was too heavy. The sample size was tiny and I don't think there's enough there to even cover someone's face. This product is definitely not for me :(1
Maybe part of it is I'm used to using a tinted moisturizer (so I'm not expecting or looking for something that is super heavy or covering) but this worked great for me. It blended on my skin wonderfully and lasted through my very long work day without fading. I've been using the same thing for years and have never been even tempted to switch before now because most foundation-type products sit oddly on my skin, but I'm definitely getting this.5
It works well, but what I use, I like so I will stick with it.4
Loved this product! It did enhance any dry patches and I wish it covered just a liiiittle more.... But I loved the oil control and how light it felt. I'll definitely be purchasing.5
It felt nice going on, soft and smooth. But it did nothing to cover blemishes or even out skin tone. Sample was also so small...2
I can honestly say that I try to give Benefit products the benefit (ha) of the doubt when I first try them. I try not to let the fact that of all of the many Benefit products I've tried, I have liked exactly ONE, affect my assessment of the new product.
I can't say this was the worst BB I've ever tried, but it's far from the best. The sample they sent me was so very small, I didn't have enough to cover my entire face, so I could have made a better assessment. Coverage seems average for a BB cream. The color was actually very good for me. But the killer was how poorly it dealt with dry skin. I had dry patch on my nose. I didn't notice that it was there until I applied this BB. It emphasizes dry skin SO badly, it compares to the most mattifying foundation I've ever tried. It was ridiculous.
I liked how light this product was, and it seemed to moisturize well, but I had a hard time telling a real difference in my skin. It didn't go quite far enough in coverage (although I really do like a light/natural cover)....I think I'll stick to my bb cream, since it's been working well for me!!3
It did nothing for coverage, and in fact seemed to emphasis a few dry patches on my skin. The shade matched but it just didn't work for me.1
shade matched my skin perfectly. would probably buy this5
