It’s a vicious cycle: you treat your zits with over-the-counter acne products, only to watch new ones pop up in their place. Break out of your old routine with this organic pimple-zapping kit. Juice Beauty’s four star products work together to correct breakouts while hydrating your skin. Each set includes a month’s worth of products—plenty of time to watch your skin clear up. Most conventional acne products work by drying your skin with harsh chemicals such as benzyl peroxide, alcohol, parabens, petroleum, and artificial dyes and fragrances, which can actually lead to excess oil production over time. Not so with Juice Beauty’s organic line. The Blemish Clearing Cleanser brightens skin tone, while the powerful matching Serum purifies pores. The Oil-Free Moisturizer is a light, luscious hydrator perfect for problem-prone skin, while the Green Apple Peel Sensitive exfoliates and evens skin tone. All Juice Beauty products are made with a potent base of organic juices, which means they contain higher concentrations of antioxidants and nutrients than conventional products.
I got the moisturizer in one of my boxes and loved it, and I loved the concept of the brand, but after a month there was no improvement in my skin, I still had pimples. My other issue was with the serum, the consistency is serum thin so its just sort of explodes out of the tube, it would have been better in a jar or something with a pump. I still like the moisturizer for night time, but the rest of it is eh.2
I was really hoping this stuff work be amazing. I got the peel in a box a few months ago and liked it a lot, but I don't feel like the kit really did much for my acne. I feel like I've had over the stuff from the drug stores that have worked a lot better :/
Not for everyone I guess. But hopefully it works well for someone else
I have super oily, acne prone skin. I have tried so many different products to try to control this, I figured I'd give this one a shot. I've only been using this one for 3 days, so it's a little soon to say. My skins texture does feel a bit softer and smoother. I have not noticed any difference in my acne or oil production. Hopefully after a month I'll notice a real difference. If so, I'll try to post an update to this review.3
I have really oily skin and have frequent breakouts. I am always on the lookout for a product that will clean and hydrate without leaving my skin greasy or over dry. I was really hopeful for the blemish clearing peel. There were no instructions in the kit so I had to look on YouTube. It's more of a scrub than a peel and had little effect either way on my skin. I will say that I have used the facial scrub daily and after a month I have been almost blemish free. I do wish the facial soap had a better sent - was hoping for apple - but like most organics it doesn't have a sent added. In the future I will opt to purchase separately and pass on the kit.3
I have been using this for a couple of weeks now and have noticed a difference in my skin. My breakouts are definitely not as bad as before but not totally gone. The face wash smells and feels good, not irritation like some others I have tried. And I also like the feel of the moisturizer. I may need a stronger blemish serum to completely take care of this problem but I am not sure if I want to mix another product with this kit. I also really liked the peel it made a huge difference in the appearance of my complexion.3
I got this but I don't think that it really help clear up my skin. But to me it seems like whenever I use a product to help clear up my face it makes it worst, but this one to me seem like it never changed.3
I love all the products in this set. They are all great size for travel. My problem is the tubes for the serum and moisturizer have openings too big for the viscosity of the product, Too much of the product runs out. Resize the tube opening and this would be perfect.3
This set is a nice way to try these products, and I'm glad I could try them before committing to full sizes. The moisturizer and serum felt sticky on my face and never really felt fully-absorbed. The cleanser smells nice but doesn't remove makeup, so I am only able to use it in the morning. I like the peel a lot, and it is the product I would be most likely to purchase in a larger size. I have not noticed any difference in breakouts - not better, not worse.3
As a whole, this product was not my favorite. It dried out my skin a lot and made it red and flaky. The moisturizer was heavy, but didn't seem to hydrate my skin. When using every piece of the product, my pimples increased and my skin looked dry.
I broke it apart and just added some of it to my daily routine and found that there are some great parts to it! I love the serum! I use it often and it has definitely helped to decrease my acne. I also use the peel sometimes, but I don't see that it helps that much. I stopped using the face wash and moisturizer altogether.
The package came with a little washcloth, which I love for my face! I thought it was a great touch.
The face wash works, the moisturizer is great, but I never used the facial peel because it got my face PAINFULLY dry. The blemish clearing serum *kind of* works, but it mostly just feels sticky and smells like raisins.
After two weeks I KIND of saw an improvement, but I feel like two of the four products aren't that effective.
