We can't help but have a certain respect for products that look like they're prescription strength—and Davines has a serious aesthetic with its apothecary-like bottles. But, as we all know, appearances only get you so far. Luckily, this brand goes beyond presentation, backing each of its products with rigorous R&D. This multipurpose leave-in treatment is specifically formulated to moisturize and amplify strands for long-lasting style. Packed with rich roucou oil, this cream supports hair growth and protects it from harmful UV radiation, while ellagic acid fights off free radicals and cell damage. For added moisture, provitamin B5 and a functional amino complex condition strands, keeping them soft and supple during heat styling and preventing unwanted frizz. Just what the hair doctor ordered.
This product smells like crazy strong chemicals. I did the shampoo, conditioner, and oil. It didn't do anything for my hair but make it smell weird1
I have type 3b/2c curly hair and this product just made my hair greasy. It didn't give me any curl definition or hold. The scent was really strong and overwhelming as well.1
Does smell that great at all. I didn't notice any difference when I used this, I have thick corse naturally wavy hair... It we just 'Meh' for me.1
The product itself is probably really effective, but it smells so bad I can't bring myself to actually put it in my hair1
too fragrant for my liking ... to each their own. this could be someone else's must have.. i just cannot get over the strong scent1
I don't know how well this product does what it claims. The scent is so overpowering I was afraid to put it on my hair. A half spritz in the air was enough to send me running for migraine meds. I was required to choose which Davines products I want to try next, but I really don't want anything.1
This product simply did not work for my hair (curly hair). It smells great, just not useful for me at all.1
I HATE this product :-( I was really looking forward to trying it, along with the shampoo/conditioner samples because the salon I go to uses a very small fraction of the Davines line. However, when I used the shampoo/conditioner, I got out of the shower smelling like dog shampoo and my hair was tangly and felt rough. This leave-in helped a little, but smells the same. I spoke to my stylist about it and she said she's also not a fan and that the salon doesn't even carry the Ol line because it never sells (maybe because of the smell, or the fact that it's not very effective). Not for me!1
I really can't stand how this spray smells. The shampoo and conditioner are similar and they give me a headache with how strong and musky they are. I really didn't like using this product or how it made my hair look and feel. This is a miss for me.1
The product itself was ok in my hair. It did not make that much difference and I prefer the one I have been using. The scent was just like the shampoo and conditioner...so strong it burned my nose!1
