Getting a natural finish from our full-coverage foundation has always seemed like an elusive quest. Thats why we love the beautyblender®, which ensures smooth, even coverage every time. You won't be surprised to learn that its a favorite of pro makeup artists everywhere. Unlike traditional sponges, the soft texture and elliptical shape of the beautyblender® allows foundation to blend into skin with a natural finish and no streaks. When saturated with water, the sponge will expand to twice its size, making it easy to cover your whole face and still get into all the nooks and crannies. Plus, using the sponge damp prevents it from absorbing excess foundation, so you won't be wasting any makeup. This duo pack includes two hot pink sponges: keep one as a spare, or use both with differing shades of foundation for contouring effects.
I onlt used this a few times and it became moldy. I tried to contact the company and they were not helpful at all. She basically said it was my fault and wanted all sorts of pictures, proof of purchase, etc to do anything about it. Not worth my time.1
OK. I really don't understand what the fuzz is about. It is way too expensive, needs a lot of extra work with cleaning , and it takes just way too much effort to use. It really did not work for me. I wanted to. Thrown away and stamped as useless. Hopefully it works for you!1
The beauty blender did nothing for me. I didn;t like it. And not sure what all the hype is for it.1
Upon recieving this I was unsure of what to expect, after visiting their website however and watching instructional video I used it and loved it. But then after my VERY FIRST use I was washing it out and it split wide open!!!! Thank goodness I didn't pay $40 for something so cheap... I would never waste my money on this. Big let down!1
Sure it's great, but as someone that doesn't wear foundation or concealer I don't have much of a use for it. I've heard good things about these things, they seem to be popping up everywhere but I have found that foundation makes me break out and look weird.1
not really impressed. awkward shape, sucks up makeup.1
I do not typically use liquid foundation but I tried this with an old sample. I thought it was effective but will not purchase because it does not apply to my routine1
Liked this sponge a lot. I will be purchasing this. Thanksss1
This is a way to apply foundation with a nice smooth finish, but it's not different than the effect I can achieve with far less expensive sponges. The cleaner doesn't really get enough makeup out for me to want to use it more than a few times, but the price makes it impossible to consider this a disposable product like other makeup sponges. And the really disappointing thing is that this thing absorbs way too much makeup to be economical, even when wetting it first. When I apply foundation with a brush, I need 1 pump. When I use a regular makeup sponge, I use about 1.5 pumps. With the Beauty Blender, I needed 2 full pumps of foundation. Such a wasteful product.1
Its the size of a Jordan almond and really I'm not that into it. Shocker.1
