It’s an event that draws hordes to Washington, D.C., every year—and not just for a glimpse of those beautiful pink blooms. The blossoming of the cherry trees releases a delicate fragrance that may as well be a metaphor for spring. This sparkling scent from Harvey Prince perfectly captures that so-happy-I-could-skip feeling, and you don’t have to wait until the snow melts to get your hands on it.
Sorry i wasted $30 on this tiny bottle of yuck. Absolutely overpowering powdery stench, very disappointed as I like Harvey Prince's other fragrances a lot. Slight hint of very artificial cherry, more "elderly lady" powder smell, not delicate, not pretty, not summery at all. Yuck!1
Too floral for my liking. I smell like an old lady when I wear it. I will not wear this again.1
This fragrance was too floral for me---as soon as I sprayed it I wanted to take it off. I prefer classic fragrances such as Chanel #5 or Allure. It would probably be perfect for others but not for me.1
I got a rollerball of this with the purchase of a full sized bottle of Petally Noir ( also HP). Petally Noir is a gorgeous scent I highly recommend. So is Hello. Cherie Blossom? Not so much. No layers here. What I enjoyed about the previous two I mentioned is how they are feminine and how they change on my skin, warm up, release different layers of flowery, fruity and spicy accords. This one starts out smelling something you would get at the mall at Victoria's secret on sale for a 13 year old. It's pink, candy like. And guess what, it stays pink and candy like and overly happy go lucky lollipop flavored for about 2 hours. Then it goes away. And when it does, that's the best part of the experience.2
This is the first Harvey Prince scent I have not liked. They usually have amazing scents and I was really excited to receive another HP sample. However, this scent is just not for me. Another reviewer says that it would be more fit for an older woman, and I would have to agree. It's just not very light and fresh, in my opinion. Not a bad smell, just something I would never wear.2
Overall enjoyed the perfume. I think it was a bit too floral for me but I gave my sample to a friend & she loved it :)2
not thrilled about this one. its okay for the day or for an event where I want to smell reasonably good, but its a little too sweet. kind of smells like perfume a pre teen girl would wear2
While this perfume has a light, springy smell that is quite nice... It is not something I would wear. Smells more like something I would spray in my bathroom. Lol.2
The smell would be nice for an older woman. It smelt like something my grandmother would wear. I actually gave it to my mother. She loves it!!!!2
Cherie Blossom has an initially sweet, pleasant scent but it is ultimately too strong. It comes across cloyingly sweet and immature.2
