Any guilt we feel about staying in for a night to binge watch the latest season of House of Cards is relieved by simultaneously using this Pumpkin Nutrient-Rich Facial Mask. That counts as multitasking, right? The mask exfoliates, firms, and moisturizes skin, adding radiance and reducing the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines in the process. Now that’s a skincare hand well played.
I love it. I've experimented with home made facials before - pineapple and papaya rub, egg white mask, apricot scrub, and I love that natural aspect. So this mask is fun because it feels and smells natural, like pumpkin pie on my face, but in a more practical package. It actually made me kinda hungry it smelled so yummy. And it felt cool and soothing on my face too. Nice product.5
This is like putting pumpkin pie on your face. Which is great if you like pumpkin pie! I enjoy it and it leaves my face silky-smooth. I also love that the ingredients are all natural. Will definitely be purchasing when my sample runs out.4
Maybe not, but it sure convinces me! I like the smell of this product and my skin is definitely looking brighter over all. When it stops tingling, its time to wash it off (should you forget to start a timer)5
I dislike anything punpkin so right when I saw the product, I wasn't too optimistic. Believe it or not, I decided to try it on and used it twice. It felt good to have on and also my skin felt good afterwards but I couldn't get over the pumpkin. This product is a no go for me2
* This mask has a noticeable pumpkin scent. I liked it, but that's a heads-up just in case you don't.
* My skin did feel significantly moisturized and looked more firm and full afterwards. (I'm a 34-year-old Mom of three...I can look a little worn out sometimes.)
* I kept it on for the minimum 5 minutes because my face began to hurt a little. The directions warn that Glycolic Acid may cause skin irritation, and I think it did a bit with me.
* Pumpkin, if you don't like it.
My Verdict: This is a buy for me, though I'll be wary of how long I keep it on.
My skin felt softer immediately after applying and the next day, and it looked smoother too. Pretty strong pumpkin scent (which I didn't mind).4
I am an avid face mask user, I worked at Lush for years and those masks are amazing. This may be the first one I find that compares to the "freshness" of Lush's face masks. I know people have been writing about the slight burn of the glycolic acid, but that is what helps get off all the dead gross skin, hello beautiful new skin! Michael Todd's line of enzyme products are so affordable for the quality and amount of work they do! This stuff smells like fresh pumpkin and works as well/better than the gylcolic facials I have gotten at spas.5
This was a decent mask, left my skin feeling pretty good. I don't love pumpkin so thats probably why I didn't like it as much, it def smells like pumpkin. Not great, not bad.3
I really was surprised how much I liked this mask. I use this before going out to give myself a mini facial experience. My skin feels great afterwards and my other skin products seem to seep into my skin and work better. I will definitely purchase this one! PS: smells good too!
Also love the very generous sample (thanks BB!)
This mask smells exactly like pumpkin puree, in a really good way! I am sometimes skeptical about food-based masks as I'm worried they're just for show and won't come through on results. However, this mask was great. Cleaned out my pores and didn't leave my skin too dry afterwards.
