You might think of powder compacts as an old school beauty staple, but the latest pressed foundations are a far cry from the cakey formulas of the past. Case in point: colorescience pro®’s innovative take on the classic genre. The perfect purse companion, this pressed powder compact delivers natural coverage, and the mineral formula has the added boost of sun protection.
Has some of the best coverage, but a brush doesn't work well with it, you need a powder applicator. I find that going a shade lighter than what you would prefer works best too.5
This was a really nice, natural looking coverage. I like that there is SPF coverage and that the finish looked like my skin! I will probably buy this when I run out of my bareminerals foundation. This is way nicer!!5
The sample was too small to even try it, what I could use was not impresive, not a good coverage for me.2
This Product has a beautiful finish to it. I bought it as a replacement for foundation and this just does not have enough coverage for that. I enjoy using it as a finish powder over my makeup when I am not using my laura mercier finishing powder. Feels great, just does not have the level of coverage I expected.2
I like the sample I got in my box. When I ordered the same color full size, it seemed different. I use occasionally, but I probably should have returned to get a different color. You really need to order one shade lighter when ordering I think.3
I wouldn't say I'm a huge fan of powder/mineral foundations, but this wasn't too bad. The color was nice and so was the coverage, but I still prefer the moisture in liquid foundation/tinted moisturizer.3
Coverage is not great but the color and smoothness are great. I wonder if it would have been different not on a puff. I ran out of makeup and used it for a month. I like my makeup more that is the only reason I will not purchase4
I liked the powder but it was more the convenience of the puff than the product itself. It didn't wow me and I think I'm happier with other mineral foundations that don't cost quite as much3
It seems pretty good but the "travel" packet is odd. When you apply with the plastic coating it just doesn't feel right. My pressed powder isn't too much to carry with a little brush to where I need the travel one. I wouldn't purchase but would consider the regular full size for my next pressed powder.3
I have a ton of face makeup, but when I run out this will be in the running.4
