If you think eyelash curlers look like beauty torture devices, it’s time to think again. We’re faithful to our favorite mascaras, but for lush lashes, nothing beats a quality curler. This tool from JAPONESQUE®, a longtime favorite among makeup artists and industry pros, gently curls lashes to open the eye and take our makeup look to a whole new level. And for those of us who are a little squeamish, there’s no need to fear—this tool was specifically created to protect your lashes from painful pulls and pinches.
I got this because I needed a new eyelash curler and had some points to spend. I liked my drugstore one ok, or at least I thought I did until I tried this! I've never tried any of the other high end brand eyelash curlers before, but I'm hooked on this baby. It gives your lashes such a dramatic curl, and really opens the eyes up. I find that the curl holds longer throughout the day compared to my old curler too. The pads are soft and don't pull, and you don't need to clamp down on this curler really hard, it is truly a POWER curler, just a little pump and your lashes are curled. Also, Japonesque has an awesome pad refill policy, there are instructions on their website that let you fill in your info and they will send you replacement pads. Great product and customer service. Love it, can't say enough good things about it.5
This has been my favorite eyelash curler for years! Keep one in my purse and in my makeup bag. Glad I was able to order another one via Birchbox! My eyelashes are long but straight. I have a hard time keeping them curled. Japonesque solved that!5
I researched quite a by before choosing this one... Let me say I am WAY more impressed than I had imagined!!!5
It was time to retire my old lash curler. Based on reviews I chose this one. It has not disappointed and it gets the job done.4
This is a good curler, I don't know if my expectation was too high or not but I just wish that it worked slightly better to hold the curl. This one does the job with zero pinching. My lashes are a bit long, thick, & straight, I think that it would probably work better with thinner & shorter lashes.4
Like my headline says I do not really see the difference between buying a drugstore brand compared to this. Well, the only difference is price and I wish I would have just bought the cheaper brand. Don't get me wrong it does a wonderful job and curls your eyelashes.4
This lash curler was decent. It gets the job done but it wasn't as comfortable as others I've used in the past. All in all, my lashes stayed up all day.... So I guess I'd recommend it.3
I have long, thick lashes that have trouble staying curled so after some research I decided to buy this. The only good thing I can say about it is that all of my lashes do fit without pinching but unfortunately it barely curls my lashes.
This is the best eyelash curler for my eyes. I have tried other brands but no other can compare. It doesn't pinch and it gives me a lasting curl.5
I naturally have long lashes but never knew the importance of curling them I decided to try the tool and am very happpy i did3
