This product is amazing! It provides the perfect amount of light to medium coverage I want every day. I use my finger to blend all over, and it works perfect. I set it with rms' un-powder and I'm good all day!
I can see why some people may not like the product, it seems to be more appropriate for people with already clear skin who don't need/want a lot of coverage, and who don't have extremely oily skin.
I switched to this after reading "No More Dirty Looks" and wanting to detoxify my makeup regime. This concealer really does melt right into ski beautifully, but on days when I have a really bad blemish it doesn't quite do the trick as well as I need it to. I wish it had a creamier consistency, too, which would make it easier to apply. I'll keep using it, though!4
I bought the full size based on decent reviews and have been disappointed with the product. It does little to cover my under eye circles or redness. I find it doesn't blend well into the skin and creases easily. I have found drugstore concealers better than this one.1
This blended so well with my skin tone, and it seemed to last forever! Never looked cakey, just loved this concealer, will reorder!5
I tend to have that shade of skin that is light-to-medium with both pink/yellow undertones. I really wanted this to work, but as I find with many other foundations/concealers with only a few shades to choose from, the shade was not a good match.4
Background: I have terribly dark circles, premature lines under my eyes from squinting in high school, and skin that won't hold product in place no matter what.
No matter the concealer, it will get cakey and crease by 3pm.
THIS is the BEST touchup concealer ever. It smoothes the dryiness right out and puts everything back into its place. It's so lovely in it's ability to also rebrighten my eye area when computer work makes me look fatigued and sad.
Additionally, while this is certainly not my favorite day-to-day concealer, but it's my favorite errands/no-makeup day concealer. I suggest applying, waiting a few minutes, then patting out any creasing that occurs. Set with a light powder, and you're good to go!
I use this for the dark circles under my eyes. I have olive skin tone and purpleish circles under my eyes. This melts into my skin and brightens my eyes perfectly. Feels nice too because it doesn't flake or dry the delicate skin around my eyes. It does crease under my lower lashes after about 5 minutes but i usually just dab it in again once I finish my mascara and voila~ perfect bright eyes.5
This is by far the best concealer I have ever used! I have been looking for a more natural chemical-free concealer for awhile now and I think I have found it. The coverage is unbelievable and lasts all day.5
I have tried a lot of concealers and was turned onto this by an article on Miranda Kerr, who likes this brand. It is not as pigmented as your typical concealer, but I found the coconut oil to be nourishing and the product effective as a concealer. It is easy to blend, so I actually dab it around my face and use as a spot foundation before putting powder on. I've found this to be better than my BB cream since I don't like putting layers on my skin. I've been using it for about 3 months now and it's barely gone! I think it will last for a while and I'll repurchase when I'm through.5
It's good for those really hard to cover up pimples but generally speaking, for small imperfections, its too much. It's to thick and pasty and clumpy.3
