We’ve never been satisfied with basic blushes. Too often, they look amazing in the compact but leave behind flat streaks of color. Not so with this peachy pink powder, which has a subtle infusion of golden shimmer to give off a 3-D effect. It also works as a shadow and highlighter, letting you achieve pinup-worthy results with just one product. And did we mention that the cute mirror compact will look right at home in your purse?
What a cool concept! I love the color! It is so soft and subtle but with a touch of pop. Is that possible?4
I have medium toned skin, and this manages to always look totally natural, whether I've had some sun or not. However, with a heavier application, it can also be used for an evening look. This is the first product I used by the Balm, and it was so awesome that I've continued to try several of their products-I've never been disappointed!5
I was a bit nervous before using this, and truth be told had never used a blush before, but this is the perfect subtle rosy glow with just a hint of shimmer. It's very flattering on fair complexions and a little goes a long way - will probably last forever!5
I have fair skin, and Hot Mama is the perfect peachy pink compliment. I am a sucker for shimmer, too!5
This is such a great summer color. It tends to stay put with a good primer and has a great shimmery quality like a bronzer. Its a great blush but a bit dark for a highlighter. It also looks good over my green eyes.5
This product has staying power and is very glamourous. It has the right amount of shimmer and is very versatile. It can be used as a highlighter or blush.5
The color is a mix between a peach and sunset. It lasts a long time and is great as an eye shadow.5
This shade is amazing for cheeks and eyes! It's a soft pink with orange-ish sheer that reminds me of a sunset. Perfect for summer and spring.5
I like this product, and use it mostly for eyeshadow. It has a bit of sheen to it...so it's a rough thing to add to my daily regime in my upper 40's...but for those special times, It works. I think when I have a tan in the summer, is the best time to wear it for me...but on pale skin, it can be a bit too much shimmer.4
I wasn't sure how this would look but am happy to report that it looks great both as a shadow and a blush. I was afraid it might be too shiny/glittery but I think that's more about how you apply it and where you apply it. As an eye shadow it's great with just a sweep on the lid for day and a bit more can be added for evening. Great if you are going straight from the office to a night out. Using it as a blush is the same, just a touch for day and add a bit more on your cheeks for evening, along with a sweep in other areas you want to highlight. My only complaint, I wish it came in a color closer to pink and less peachy.4
