This creamy balm is such an incredible multi-tasker, we don’t know how we ever lived without it. A three-in-one makeup remover, cleanser, and head-to-toe moisturizer, it’s the only product you need to keep your skin pure and unbelievably soft. The faint tropical scent comes courtesy of organic oils and other natural ingredients. Bonus: it’s made without a single drop of water, making it ultra-rich and concentrated (look Ma, no fillers!).
I have been hesitant to apply this balm to my combination skin, but have used it as a moisturizer/balm on my lips (light and hydrating with a nice shine). I put it on my lips three hours ago and they haven't dried out yet. Maybe I'll use it as a moisturizer on my face at night first to check out whether it's too shiny for day-time wear.3
I liked this...kind of. I felt like it left a film on my skin. I was wiping it off, but it felt like it was still on. Hard to explain. Skin felt soft afterwards, but it was just a little odd to me.3
Love the smell.. have been using it as a balm around my nails and tried it on some dry areas (hands, arms) and doesnt do much for me but I still use it for the smell.3
I'm still not quite sure on how to use this stuff. I have fairly oily skin, so I don't plan to use it as a cleanser. As a moisturizer I thought it was just ok, and I'm super intrigued by the thought of mixing it up with cosmetics, since it appeals to my inner alchemist - but I feel like it's weird for me to put on something that's a cleanser/moisturizer and expect it to last on my skin for any decent amount of time. Super cute packaging, love that it's made without fillers, but truly "still on the fence"...3
I love that it's from St. Simon's!! I don't think I will use it alone as a moisturizer. It felt a little odd. But it worked well when I used it and wiped my face clean.3
I am still unsure of this product. I do love the fact that I can use to blend with broken items (eyeshadows, mineral powders) to create other items.3
I'm hoping that the scent fades. It's like lemon vanilla sugar icing. Too sweet and strong if it's not supposed to need rinsing.3
I think I'll stick to Egyptian Magic; very similar and much cheaper.3
I am really enjoying the sample given--but only as a moisturizer. I feel that it's not sufficient enough for a cleanser, and don't feel it works well to remove makeup like a creamy cleanser would. I do think it acts as a wonderful moisturizer though-particularly around my eyes.3
It was kind of weird - like a wax/chapstick consistency but then you wash it off? I also don't have the shammy you're supposed to use with it so I just used a washcloth but maybe it's more magical with the shammy. Not that into it, but it might grow on me.3
