You can thank profligate Japanese royalty for Tatcha's elegant blotting papers: during Imperial times, handmade paper was used to protect gold and silver as it was hammered into decorative gold leaf. Geishas used the leftover papers, flecked with precious metals, to keep their skin matte.
These sheets really work help take out the oils in your skin. I use these at least once a day! It's a quick fix through the day, especially if you are always on the go.4
I am a fan of blotting papers, and I like these just fine. Pretty gold flecks. I wish more than 20 came in a pack. I think the quantity could be higher for the price. I am not likely to repurchase for that reason.4
I cut the product in half to extend the quantity of the product. I got the idea from another customer since it can be pricey. I feel like it takes the shine away the first time and reblotting is not necessary.4
These are a nice thing to keep in your purse. They work well. I wish there were more in a package because they don't last long. I will probably buy these again.4
These were very effective and helpful. They did a really great job of wiping up oil and making my face less shiny. I think I will definitely have to purchase these in the future.4
These work extremely well, I just wish there were more of them in the package! They definitely blot shine without ruining my makeup and I love that you can use both sides.4
when you are on the run and feel a bit tired and grimy. I like to keep them in my bag for a quick pick me up. Love the product and have purchased it in the past.4
These are the only blotting papers I've ever used so I can't compare them to another product, but these are effective. They're super expensive so I only use one a day but they do their job magnificently. Plus, they're gorgeous and handmade in Japan!4
Effective, but basically like any other blotting paper you can get (but with much prettier packaging!) If you are willing to pay a little more for more luxurious packaging (which, admit it, we all are sometimes) then go for it! They do work wonderfully.4
These are very nice, but for what you pay they are a bit expensive. I love blotting paper and the packaging is great, but the price will prevent me from purchasing again.4
