Until recently, sensitive-skinned girls had to steer clear of at-home peels for fear of ending up with red, angry complexions. All that changed when Juice Beauty released this version of their powerful Green Apple™ Peel. Suitable for even the most delicate skin types, it delivers visible smoothing results after just one use. We love how the mild tingle lets us know it’s really working.
I have combo/oily skin that is acne prone and super sensitive especially around my jaw line. Because of my problems I am very apprehensive of any face products even if it claims to be for sensitive skin. When I first used this I saw no difference but try number two produced horrible results that turned my skin red and itchy. The smell of this stuff isn't bad but I can't figure out why it's called "green apple" since I could not detect a trace of apple scent in it. It made me wonder if I happened to get an old sample, but whatever the reason I will not purchase this.1
I can't say that I was blown away by this peel. I tend to prefer peels that you physically peel off at the end, in other words, ones that harden/dry. This felt like it was still on my face after I rinsed it off thoroughly. I didn't notice any huge difference in my skin either.1
This peel did virtually nothing for my skin, which to say it did not make my skin burn or break out like other reviewers said, but it also made no difference otherwise. I felt nothing when I applied it, no tingling/etc., and my skin felt no different when I rinsed it off.1
I was very excited to try this product. I loved the way it felt once it was applied, but after using it my face broke out. Unfortunately this one is not for me.1
Unfortunately, I broke out with this. It even felt like it was burning when I was putting it on, but I have ultra-sensitive skin, so it might have just been me!1
I was excited to see that this was for sensitive skin. Unfortunately it felt like my skin was on fire and I ended up with red patches on my face. Lesson learned try a small spot before slathering it all over your face.1
I love at home face masks/ peels etc. So I was so excited to try this but I was so let down. I found that it did not do anything for my skin and it smells like fermented apples. Will not be repurchasing.1
I did not like this product at all. It smells bad. Texture was okay but the smell was just not very pleasant.1
This mask smells lovely and I was so excited to get a mask for sensitive skin in my box. Unfortunately, my skin is still too sensitive for this and I broke out in a rash within a minute or two after applying, which took almost two weeks to clear completely. This one went in the trash!1
I thought this being specifically for sensitive skin that it would be something to try. All I can say is ouch! It burned from the second it touched my skin till I washed it off. I thought oh just leave it on a couple minuets the pain will ease, nope. It left my face burning and bright red. Lesson learned, next time I will defiantly do a test patch first.
