Until recently, sensitive-skinned girls had to steer clear of at-home peels for fear of ending up with red, angry complexions. All that changed when Juice Beauty released this version of their powerful Green Apple Peel. Suitable for even the most delicate skin types, it delivers visible smoothing results after just one use. This patented, award-winning formula peel is made with a gentle yet effective dose of organic, fruit-derived hydroxy acids and raw sugar cane, which exfoliates to reduce breakouts and even out skin tone. We love how the mild tingle lets us know this peel is really working.
I did not feel like this product was effective. I did not experience any of the tingling described in the directions.2
I didn't care for this at all. The consistancy wasn't great, the smell wasn't something I cared for at all, and I didn't think it did anything for my skin at all. I would not reccomend it.2
I have used many different peels and this one was way too runny and I did not like it..This peel just left too much of a mess.2
/apple cider vinegar was definitly the inspiration.. And is more effecient. Didnt do much.2
Wanted to love it but couldn't. It was way too watery and almost went thru my fingers went I was going to apply it to my skin.2
I am not sure about this product as the instructions on the sample are too small to read. I don't always follow the directions but I at least like to read them before using a new product. This sample is sitting in the box until I can get a strong magnifying glass.2
I have sensitive skin and this did not work well for me.2
I tried this once and I saw no results. I didn't have a bad reaction, so that was a good thing.2
I have rosacea and I try to be careful with anti-aging products, even if the ingredients are naturally derived.
This peel irritated my skin almost immediately...I had to wash it off quickly. So the term "sensitive" did not apply to me.
...and this is no exception. It was so liquidy that it was incredibly difficult to apply especially given the packaging (I have no idea how the jar packaging for the full size would work) and ended up all over my hands and counter. This also smells awful, which I can understand with a chemical peel, but other reviews have this smelling like a bouquet so maybe I got a bad sample? (also my tube was dirty, with smudges all over, quality control birchbox come on). I used it once and did not see anything I liked so will definitely not be purchasing.2
