Some girls feel naked without a coat of lip gloss, but we refuse to step outside without wearing a touch of eye makeup. Happily, this gorgeous shadow palette is there for us whenever we need it. With twelve shades ranging from a shimmery taupe to a midnight black, it makes it easy to experiment with an infinite spectrum of looks.
Pretty colors on anyone and the mix and match so well. I think the price point is great as well, as this is cheaper than other palettes and still gives you the wide variety of colors.5
It took me a while to fully appreciate this palette but I am using it more and better as I practice different looks. I have become braver using the darker colors in the crease. I am also using it to line. Careful to tap off extra powder as it will drop on your face. I got a liquid from trish mcavoy that will set powder like a gel and I am going to try it with this powder so I can do more lining of my eyes.5
It's not that this isn't a good palette. It's just nothing "special". I end up reaching for my UD Naked palettes more than this one. I think the layout of the shadows throw me off a bit because they are skewed. I keep wanting to straighten them out. LOL!3
I found a great selection of all my nude colors. Just could have used an additional applicator. Otherwise, it is my go to selection.4
This is a very under rated palette. The shadows are very well pigmented and easily blendable. The colors themselves work on everyone. There's the perfect amount of highlighting shades, transition shades & some dark matte colors that are absolutely beautiful!5
This palette has the perfect mix of darker and lighter shades. I haven't used it yet but it is a great size and would be good to take on any trip as a go-to shadow palette. Love the Balm cosmetics!5
Excellent "go to" palette, good variety of everyday colors. If you really would like just one simple case for the colors you are likely to use most often, this is a great way to go. Quality was good, I would recommend a good primer to start with.4
I was a little disappointed that MOST of the colors were shimmery. I go to naturals to look...well...natural. Shimmer isn't natural. They also accentuate every wrinkle which at my age I'd prefer not to do. The colors are beautiful, I just can't use most of them.3
This is an amazing nude color palette! I use almost every color in it. It has a wide range of darks and lights so there is something for every occasion either for daytime or night. I'm a big, big fan!4
Nothing is more frustrating than getting a palette of eye shadows only to discover you will really only use half of the shades. Not so with theBalm NUDE'tude Eyeshadow Palette. All the colors are interchangeable and go easily from daytime to nighttime with a quick swipe of a color. The brush that comes with the set it fairly lame, but is useful for lining and adding a tiny pop of highlight to the inside corners of the eyes.
