Teatime just got a makeover. Not only do these fruity green teas taste amazing, they contain mega-high levels of antioxidants to repair your skin from the inside out. Each flavor addresses a specific concern, from fighting oxidative stress (a major source of wrinkles) to restoring skin’s youthful glow. Certified organic and fair trade, the beautifying blends will help you look as great as you feel—and who can say no to that?
Obviously, any green tea is going to be high in antioxidants--it doesn't have to say "skin smart" on the label, it is automatically good for you skin (and body). And you can just as easily eat berries and almonds and citrus fruits to reap their wonderful nutritional benefits--you don't have to drink them in tea form.
So I am rating this tea solely on taste. I give five stars to the Honey Yuzu flavor. It is one of my new favorite teas! Slightly sweet and citrusy--just delicious. I didn't really care for the other flavors I received as samples, but since trying them several months ago, I have repeatedly purchased the honey yuzu. I usually prefer black tea, but I am definitely a convert!
I don't drink this tea on a daily basis because of how hot it has been in my area..but I will be drinking it often when winter hits. This tea has a delicious aroma and a great taste. I use honey with it and I definitely would purchase this product again.5
Im not 100% crazy about this product. I am a big tea drinker and the fact that it can help my skin is even better. However, the taste was quite floral and not very pleasant. I tried it with sugar and honey and without and the results were the same. I will continue to drink it but it definitely wasn't my favorite.3
I think that tea was fairly delicious, but I just don't know how I feel about the marketing. Lots of teas have lots of really great holistic properties and for some reason this "skin smart" tea just rubs me the wrong way. Like how often do I need to drink it for it to really have all of those great effects.....just seems kind of scammy4
These teas were different. I think you'd have to drink more than 3 kinds to see the skin benefits, but I did enjoy them!3
I really don't like tea, but this brand was tasty. It also has the added skin benefits, so that is a plus. I don't think I got enough to really measure whether the skin benefits are there, but I would purchase a larger quantity to test it out further.4
I thought the Tea Forté skin-smart Teas were a nice "extra" in my box, but I didn't think it really added extra value. I would have preferred something more make up related but, it was fun surprise.3
The tea's tasted really good! I enjoyed drinking them, but not sure if they made a difference in my skin. I would drink them just for the taste though.4
I'm not a tea drinker, so they're just not for me but the flavours seem interesting. The friend I gave them too loves them.2
I like tea, but this tea seems like the kind where you pay more for the brand name than you do for the actual product. Wasn't as great as I was expecting and I would not recommend it. Also if a tea is going to be this expensive, I would expect it to come in a nylon mesh bag. Not the typical coffee filter material.3
