Maybe we’ve watched too many re-runs of The Brady Bunch, but we’ve always had a soft spot for the 1960s. So it’s no surprise that these ‘60s-inspired polishes are right up our alley. They come in seven neon shades that channel the decade’s exuberant vibe: think mod girls, painted buses, and the advent of color TV.
I received the nail polish sample in "London Calling". The polish color was decent looking in the bottle....a mint/florescent/ neon green looking color. When I tried it on the first thing I noticed is that the color is not really appropriate for anyone over the age of 16...it looks very teen/tweenish. The second thing I noticed was that the paint chips very easily. I noticed a chip on my nail a few hours after applicaiton and from that chip I was able to scratch off ALL of the paint on my nail with out using any nail polish remover.... granted I did not apply a top coat or anything. How does that happen? I was disappointed with this sample, and I would not buy this product.1
Not worth the price. Enough said. Takes forever to completely dry and still seemed tacky. When a nail polish chips so easily, something is wrong with the formula...especially when you can go down to the local drugstore and find a better quality product at a cheaper price.1
It was extremely streaky and the scent was extremely strong, even for nail polish.1
Very thick and difficult to apply. Not good polish at all.1
I received teal...definitely not a teal person. Probably will never use the product. Wish I would have gotten a color I normally wear: pink, red, nude...1
I don't like the product. It doesn't apply well or lay flat on the nail. I don't think I would purchase let alone keep the product.1
I would never paint my finger nails green. I only do classic neutral beiges and light pinks.1
The formula is horrible! I put on three coats and it looks like I barely have on one. At first it looked shiny, but as it dried it lost it's shine and looks like a colored my nails with a paint pen. I know a lot about nail polish and know what good nail polish is, but this one is pathetic and I will NEVER purchase it.1
Had to give such low reviews because my April birchbox was suppose to include a neon color but instead I received color club "He Loves Me" which is not neon at all just a light pink. I was interested in the neon colors though.1
Chipped right away, after I used it for a pedicure. My pedicure usually lasts two weeks, so I am suspicious about the formula. The color is fun, but chipping after less than 48 is a deal breaker for me.1
