Fragrance snobs, prepare to be blown away. Niche perfumerie Arquiste set out to create “concept scents” that recreate specific moments in history, and the results are nothing short of remarkable. Together with famed perfumer Rodrigo Flores-Roux, founder Carlos Huber put in countless hours of painstaking research to create Flor y Canto, a scent that evokes an Aztec summer festival in Tenochtitlan circa 1400. Wear it to be transported to a dimly lit temple altar filled with fresh flowers.
Such a happy floral scent. It's so simple but so addicting of a smell. I can't get enough!! Definitely reminds me of fresh flowers.5
I first received a sample of this sent in a box over a year ago and only recently took the plunge to purchase it. The scent is truly intoxicating. The words soft, feminine, sunshine, warm, white, breezy (...to name a few) come to mind to describe this scent. And the packaging is very luxe too - I kept the box out on a shelf - it looks fancy ;-)
Yes, it is pricey, but worth it!
I loved the info that came with the sample- it made it extra fun. Smells exotic and lovely. I really like this perfume.5
This perfume has the most amazing floral scent! It is very light and feminine! Even though it is expensive, it's definitely worth the money!!5
This perfume is the perfect floral scent without being to overpowering, floral yet fresh and clean. Perfect scent for spring or summer.5
This scent blew me away! It's a good balance of a feminine, floral essence and an earthy, spicy scent. Exactly what I imagine a summer evening in an Aztec market would smell like if I close my eyes and transport myself there.5
I got this sample ages ago and fell in love. I didn't want to use it because I thought it would be forever until I could actually afford the full-sized bottle. I finally did get it and it has been my go-to scent all summer long! A little goes a long way. It is a light, fresh floral that lasts all day.5
I have yet to find a perfume that I like more than Flowerbomb and this comes very close. Beautiful rose like scent. Not overpowering , very nice smell.4
I love this light perfume for summer. It's totally floral and reminds me of old-school floral scents but it has a bit of a grassy twist that keeps it fresh. I tried other Arquiste scents and they don't really last on me at all-except this one totally does and yet is still not overwhelming. There is nothing 'old lady' about this scent to me , it's all about spring/summer and light.5
Gorgeous scent. I consistently get compliments when I wear it. Light and yet still sexy. My only critique is that it doesn't last all day long.4
