In a perfect world, we would jump out of bed sporting frizz-free ‘dos and not a single hair would be out of place. This botanical-fortified shampoo helps us get one step closer to achieving our utopian fantasy. The brainchild of Beverly Hills stylist Nick Chavez, the creamy gel is made with plant ingredients to hydrate hair as it gets rid of impurities. Whether you’re battling dry brittleness or wild frizz, it will leave your strands voluminous and full of life.
I have normal, fine hair so didn't really need the detangling/defrizzing aspects but this product has a nice conditioning aspect to it and the smell is marvelous. Best of all, a little goes a long way. I might end up buying some, just not sure.4
Like the product. Feels good on my scalp, makes my hair feel good and look shiny. My only hesitation is that it was somewhat drying to my scalp. I could see it being a summertime only shampoo.4
I was really happy with this product. I have hair that's almost 3 feet long and bleach blonde. I have spent a ton of time looking for a good shampoo that will not make my hair hard to brush out.5
I like many Nick Chavez products, but I don't think this shampoo suited my hair type. It was very thick and difficult to work through my long, fine hair, and I had greasiness only one day after shampooing. I would recommend this to a friend who has shorter, drier hair.3
I'm still on the fence with this product. I think I have to give it a few more days of use to see if I like it enough to purchase or recommend to others. I would recommend it to someone looking for a natural shampoo. I noticed this product did not froth up as much as I would like. Directions said to use a small amount, but more was needed to cleanse properly. It seems a little too pricey for what it does. I can achieve better results from salon products in a much bigger bottle with a similar price tag.3
it felt nice going on but didn't really do anything different to my hair than my current shampoo does.4
So far I love this cream shampoo. The scent is very light and it does not leave my fine long hair limp or with residue. I wish a conditioner would have been sent with the shampoo as I would have liked to see the full outcome of this combination rather than have to use a different make conditioner. As for the claims to stimulate hair growth we will just have to see. Very nice product.4
This product contains Sodium Laureth Sulfate, therefor I can only really comment on fragrance and presentation.
The fragrance is great-- a clean, gender-neutral scent that isn't too overpowering.
Packaging is very clean as well. Calm colors, and all the directions and ingredient information are listed clearly.
Sadly, no shampoo-- regardless of how great it smells-- is worth a head full of red welts. I'll try to find someone who can give this very generous sample more love.
I am not yet planning on purchasing this product because I wouldn like to continue using the sample to be positive of the outcome of my hair. So far, so good. I just don't feel like it is amazing at this time.3
It has a thick gell-like substance, reminds of regular styling gell with a fancy name attached.4
