We never paid much attention to our hair ties before Twistband came into our lives. Now we can’t go anywhere without one (or three) of their snag-free, super soft elastics. They keep hair secure without leaving ugly creases behind, and look as good on our wrists as they do in our ponytails. These colorful collections come with twelve ties, so you’ll always have plenty of spares on hand.
There is nothing special about this... just a hair tie.1
if it stretched enough to be a headband i'd like it. but you can only do ponytail with it and i have my little black hairbands for that and they look much better.1
I didn't really like using the twistband. Although cute and fun colors, I would still prefer to use my regular elastics. It didn't seem to hold my hair very well and I couldn't get it on tight enough like an elastic. For the price and for what it does, I don't plan on buying any. I am glad I got to try it though since it seems like it is getting so big.1
This hair tie just flat out does not work. It is the wrong size to hold my hair and it does not stretch enough.1
I have gotten these in the past from Birchbox, and I don't like them. I have fine hair and they don't hold my hair back and always slide out. I usually end up giving them to my cats as toys when I get them in my boxes. Blerg.1
In essence, this is a stretchy piece of fabric tied at the end with a knot. Why would anyone want a knot sticking out of the back of their ponytail? I put mine in and it looked ridiculous
Also, the fabric this is made of is not a good quality. Mine was fraying apart at the ends before it even came out of the box.
I have very thin hair and this does not hold as well as I am used to. If you have thicker hair this might be better for you.1
I really liked this product. It was very simple yet cool looking. Its unfortunate that my hair is too short to use it, but I gave it to my stepdaughter and she loved it...1
This twist band is just a waste of time. It arrives completely frayed and does not stay in my hair. It is also near impossible to put in my thick hair. This is a waste of your money. If you want "no kinks", use a claw clip.1
not sure how the fraying ends of the knot are supposed to look attractive in your hair. this looks like a last resort hair accessory if you can find ANYTHING else. would never buy this.1
