We never paid much attention to our hair ties before Twistband came into our lives. Now we can’t go anywhere without one (or three) of their snag-free, super soft elastics. They keep hair secure without leaving ugly creases behind, and look as good on our wrists as they do in our ponytails. These colorful collections come with twelve ties, so you’ll always have plenty of spares on hand.
I have very thick hair, and this product did not support or hold me hair at all. I would definatly not purchase this product1
i love wearing this on my wrist. it looks cute and comes in handy!5
The twistband is a really cute little hair tie. I like that it comes in all different colors; I got it in lavender, and my friend gave me one in hot pink. They look adorable just worn on the wrist when they're not adding a pop of color to your hair. My only complaints are that the edges are unfinished and the elastic frays, leaving these wispy strands behind. I won't want to wear it if there's a mess of stringy tangles at the end of it. Also, I'm curious how long the elasticity lasts. I have long, thick hair, and on a few uses of the twistband to tie my hair into a ponytail, it's stretched out of shape (but it really doesn't leave that ugly crease - plus!). I'll wait and see if it goes back to normal, and if it does I'll definitely be buying these.3
I love this little hair tie! It's so cute. I got the gray one and am wearing it right now, it's doing a great job keeping my short hair off my neck :)4
I received a twistband in my March birchbox and I had never heard of them before then. Now I am in love with them and recently got one in September's birchbox. They never pull my hair or leave ponytail marks and they look adorable in your hair!5
pretty colors, didn't snag or get caught in my hair and stayed put.!5
This product is awesome. It doesn't get stuck in my hair. It actually stays and i have very thick hair!5
They definitely look neat and come in some cool colors. I always have my hair up in a ponytail, so any type of hair tie is welcome in my house. However, I feel like this could be a pretty cheap DIY project. 12 elastics for $18 bands is too steep, when you can go buy this type of elastic at the fabric store and make your own.2
Perfect size and amount of elasticity for ponytail and a lose bun! Also looks cute when it's just on your wrist, better then a regular boring hair tie.4
Love these hair ties; even better that it doubles as a cute bracelet! I have fairly thick hair, and this tie can hold a ponytail through an entire workout!4
