They say you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover (or a beauty product by its packaging), but in this case, we’ll gladly make an exception. In addition to being a delightful (and might we say coveted) addition to our vanities, this lightweight hydrator is made from a blend of shea butter, aloe, and vitamin E that nourishes and softens dry skin while leaving behind a subtle fragrance.

TokyoMilk knows how to give you a luxury experience--even the sample came in great packaging! It feels like opening a present! The graphics are so beautiful, you feel soothed just looking at it. I used this hand creme all over after a bath, and it is soothing, non-greasy, absorbs and your skin feels shielded. Nice scent, complex and not too strong. Great texture to the creme.
5The positives: This lotion smells wonderful. It has very woodsy and vanilla notes to it that combine to make it smell somewhat exotic, but doesn't cross the line into "musky."
Additionally, the lotion itself is not greasy, and rubs in quickly due to its relatively light weight.
The not so positive: Despite multiple uses, the moisturizing aspect of this lotion just doesn't seem to last, at least for me. After about five minutes, my hands feel like they did before I applied the lotion. Perhaps this particular product isn't supposed to be super hydrating, but it would be nice if its main benefit lasted a bit longer.
