Part scrub and part cleanser, this smart hybrid has just enough exfoliating grittiness to remove dead skin, but not so much that your face is left feeling like sandpaper. Use it every other day, alternating with your usual face wash, for extra smooth, healthy skin. And, because it lifts stubble and minimizes ingrown hairs, it’s great to use before shaving.
I like the scent of this stuff and it does the job, I just feel like there are more reasonably priced scrubs out there with more of a fresh scent.3
This is a product to not be taken lightly. It will take off a layer of your skin, and then leave you feeling as though you stole someone else's face.
The face you stole was soft, smooth, and refreshed. It feels like cheating.
Compared to other exfoliating scrubs, this one has a great texture, and cleans off easily. I didn't experience the "sand in the ears" problems I've had with other scrubs.
This is a great product. Thoroughly cleans my face and leaves it feeling exfoliated and fresh. Smells great too. Definitely worth the $25 for a high grade face product.5
This doesn't irritate the skin, but there are a ton of beads in it (more than in a traditional exfoliator). It smells good and leaves the skin soft. It also lifts stubble and minimizes ingrown hairs, so it’s great to use every other day before shaving.5
it's a little rough on your skin but does a great job leaving it feeling very clean!4
I like the fine exfoliating particles. My face feels truly clean after using and it's a great prep prior to shaving.5
This stuff didn't suds up at all. I'd buy it again if it would make my husband want to wash his face, but it's not the best out there.3
There was nothing wrong with this product, but I liked the sugar/lemongrass product that had similar features from last month much better. This had a neutral-unpleasant smell, and really felt grainy/sandy on my face.3
I have a HUGE problem with ingrowns and the only mitigating practice (aside from good shaving practices and products), is regular exfoliating. Astringents are good but they dry out my skin too much but "exfoliating" face wash products don't rarely deliver the level of scrub I want to allow my hairs to breach. This one, as the name states, is much like liquid sand and will sand down any doubts about how good an exfoliant it is after the first use.5
I normally just wash my face with soap but this face wash was nice.4
