This scrub-cleanser hybrid is gritty enough to remove dead skin, yet gentle enough to nourish what’s underneath. Hydrating as it exfoliates, it includes sunflower glycerides and lactic acid to downplay aging and sun damage. Rich in skin-brightening antioxidants, this formula even lifts stubble to prep skin for shaving and prevent ingrown hairs.

Recently purchased this as a gift set (in a store near my house) for my boyfriend. He LOVES it and his face and beard have never felt softer or as hydrated. He tried so many other brands but finding a great one for a great price was hard - this one did both :)
What I like about this product is there really isn't any scent. I don't like using strong scents on my face. It is a nice, gentle cleanser.
Liquid sand review
Worked well just as described. I used it before and after shaving and it left me with a clean feeling.
A fine exfoliator, but not for everyday
Perhaps this product isn't meant to be used everyday, or it may just be my skin type, but it didn't feel very nice to use. I took this on a vacation thinking that it'd be perfect for those five days, but I ended up grabbing my girlfriend's facial cleanser because this one was just too harsh. It felt like rubbing sand on my face, which I guess is basically what an exfoliator is. I just want something that is more gentle, yet still has the power to remove those dead skin cells.
Good, but not great
It left my face feeling clean, and wasn't very harsh. It felt like um...liquid sand. The only drawback is the smell. It smelled very fake and manufactured. I prefer my face wash/scrub to smell fresh, and this was anything but.
I've used a handful of different kinds of face scrubs. And the biggest selling point at this point is no after - burn and no major dryness. My face just feels clean after. Not sure 3 uses is enough to go by but I'm feeling confident in the product, the price might just be worth a longer trial.
Beats any other I've tried
I'm stepping off the corner pharmacy shelf selection, gradually. So far, this is the best facial exfoliate wash that I have tried.
once a week
it was fairly rough but the feeling after a wash was wonderful
the only wash that wrks on my face, it really gets in there and give your face a great clean.
Once a week maybe
This scrub is great but very intense and lives up to its name. I pair it with the White Knight facial cleanser because the LiquidSand still leaves me a little greasy feeling. If you have sensitive skin be careful not to use it too often.
