Between a cameo in Annie Hall and fans like Jacqueline Kennedy, Erno Laszlo's cleansing bars have quite the pedigree. The Firmarine Treatment Bar is Laszlo's latest invention, a fresh (literally — it smells ocean breezy) update on its classic soap. This stylish blue bar does much more than cleanse: it's loaded with active ingredients that firm and hydrate skin, and leaves our faces feeling soft and smooth.
i have had this bar for some time now. i really like the way it cleans my face although i haven't noticed any firming. i don't use it consistantly though and that could be why? the cost seems steep but it lasts a good long while - i cut mine in half and still have a small part of the first half and the entire second half left and i have had it for a long time.4
The smell of the soap is great, oceany and fresh, without being overkill or too masculine.
The bar is HUGE, and should last a long while.
I have very sensitive, acne prone skin, that is always changing between normal and dry on a whim. This soap gets rid of the dead/dry skin, zits, dullness, all since the very first use! It also does really help with firming things up. It isn't going to instantly get rid of wrinkles etc, but it IS helping with small lines, and tightening up saggy areas. I've yet to find a bad review anywhere online about this soap, and if I hadn't been so curious to try it (because the blue color sucked me in), I probably wouldn't believe all the hype. And now here I am gushing about how great it is. Really, it is! I cut the bar in half so it is easier to hold, and use it at night when washing the day off, and the other half for a quick cleanse in the shower in the mornings.
WOW! This stuff is unbelievable! The price is a little high but for what you get its really not! if your looking to just have better skin get this!5
Erno Laszlo Blue Firmarine soap smells nice, cleans well, and doesn't make my face break out. Been using EL products since the 80s.5
