If we could wash, scrub, and peel our way to a blackhead-free existence, we’d happily stock up on a multitude of products. But years of cursing our T-zones have taught us that we need a more targeted treatment to unclog our pores. Enter this two-step system, made specifically to use on your nose. Made with oil-zapping botanicals, it contains a dry adhesive patch to extract blackheads and a wet serum patch to minimize the appearance of your pores.
I've tried a variety of blackhead patches, and never found one that I particularly liked. And this one is just another in a long list. I always want to like blackhead patches... I get blackheads like crazy on my nose, so I like the idea of extracting them. I just never feel like any of them (this one included) really work. I take the thing off, remove like 3 blackheads, and see countless more still hanging out on my face. That being said, while this patch wasn't particularly more effective than any other patch I've tried out, it also wasn't really less effective either.2
I really like the idea of these mask. A single use mask you lay over your face and then run right in the serum that remains. My skin felt great and seemed to look better. Would like to get more then one to see if it works as well as i think it should4
This product works better than any other product I have tried! You can see the difference as soon as you remove it! And then they have a soothing strip for afterwards! Love love love it!5
I would highly recommend this product to anyone! I have large pores and feel like I can never get them cleared (or whatever the term is) and this did the trick!5
I liked this, but.. I don't think I would purchase it again. It was a little expensive for what you get. I didn't think it was any better than the drug store brand. I've really enjoyed all the other Dr. Jart products/masks I've purchased though. Great brand.4
Being someone who worries consistently about pores, this product is a god-send! So happy to use it. I buy multiple packs at a day they are so useful!4
honestly, the biore strips work so much better. the extra gel strip was not worth the extra money. i didn't notice a difference at all after using this. i've been happy with other masks, so this was a disappointment.1
I have used this face mask multiple times and really like it. It is a cloth filled with cream you stick on your face. Then rub the remaining cream in. I will continue to use them.5
This sounds great in theory, and I read a handful of mixed reviews. I was hoping for a miracle, so decided to purchase the single use (thankfully not the 5 pack).
I thought it was pricey for just one, but figured if it worked that it would be well worth it.
I have used the Biore strips for years and this dry strip didn't even come close. I didn't feel like it "stuck" to my nose well. It certainly didn't remove very many blackheads.
Onto the wet patch (I thought maybe this would turn things around). It stung a bit, so I thought ooooh maybe it is working some magic. Nope. So disappointed. The search continues!
I read the reviews before using my points to order a single blackhead patch so I could try this out, and just hoped that the people leaving the numerous less-than-favorable reviews were just cranky, or expecting too much from the product. Unfortunately, most of them were right. I wasn't wanting this to be a miracle worker and completely deforest the hundred acre wood on my nose, but for the price [and reputable brand name!] I expected more results than what I'd get with a drugstore brand pore strip. :(
With that said, if you can afford it, I'd recommend this. But if you're a product plebeian like me, you'll get the same experience from the Target version.
