Meet the eco-chic balm that’s out to streamline your makeup routine. Revolution Organics designed this portable pigment to give you healthy, all-over color. We adore how it works as a cream blush, a lip tint, an eye shadow, and a highlighter (what more could you want?). Glam factor aside, it doubles as a moisturizing treatment by infusing skin with a blend of organic plant oils. Now all you have to do is decide on a shade: Bronzed is a golden caramel; Blushed is a bright pink that goes on surprisingly sheer; and Sunkissed is a peachy coral. All three shades flatter ladies with a wide range of skin tones.
Product is far brighter shade than what is shown in description. The bright pink is not "surprisingly sheer" as described, but makes you look like a Barbie doll, in a bad way. Unimpressed.1
waaaay to greasy for me. and the color was not flattering at all.1
I thought it was too greasy and the color was too sheer. Made my skin feel oily instead of dewy and really didn't give me any trace of noticeable color.1
When i saw this was coming in my birchbox, i got a little excited. i was looking for a good bronzer and thought this would be perfect. I was really happy that i didn't spend $$ on this really. it was all clumpy and didn't come out of the tube all nice and neat but was clumpy and broken. i tried a little of it on my face and it did not smooth out very well and looked like i just had a brown line going across my face. did not like this at all.2
I felt like this product was a little too greasy. I may prefer a different shade, but I felt like this was too dark for me. I do have oily skin, so I really feel that this balm just wasn't a good fit for me.2
When I got this product it had actually melted into the top of the applicator, so it was a mess when I got it. Besides that though, I like it. It's just a mess to use now.2
This balm is a great concept. A multitasking eye lip face product would be an awesome addition to my makeup bag. This balm proved to be a great lip product, and was very moisturizing. I didn't like the color, however. (Blushed) I believe I would have liked sunkissed more, but have never seen it in person. I have used it as a cheek product, and found it was not as easy to blend as I would have liked, in the sense that no matter how lightly I tried to apply the product it seemed to heavy handed. I plan on working on the application though. As for an eye product, I can't imagine putting this shade on my lids. Maybe one of the other two would work appropriately.2
I have oily skin and just cannot wear cream blush. But I did like this as a lip color and found the color to be a nice neutral that lasted fairly well.3
I really enjoy the convenience of this, but it is incredibly hard and dry, and so it does not go on as smoothly as I would like. To use it, I put it on with some moisturizer and it blends much better.
I think there are many much better blushes out there, and this clumps quite a bit when applied - though it is a very pretty color. I also don't think I would ever use this as an eye shadow.... I wouldn't purchase again.3
