Professional Japanese mountain climbers use this all-over moisturizer to keep their skin protected when they're scaling Mount Everest, so you know there must be something special about it. Invented by a pharmacist back in the 1950s, Yu-Be has been Japan's top-selling skin cream for over 50 years. Great for head-to-toe hydration, it helps with all forms of stubborn dryness, including flaky red skin, chapped lips, and callused feet. The natural formula is free of ingredients like artificial dyes, fragrances, and petrolatum. It's so gentle that even infants and kids can safely use it.
Did not like the strong methol smell, that alone made it unpleasent to have on my face. It did not feel good on my face.1
I didn't enjoy the smell of this product. I didn't find it moisturizing. I didn't like the finish it left.1
The smell itself is horrendous, and it felt terrible on my skin and made it oily immediately. I was definitely unimpressed.1
Weird texture for me. I tried a few times and don't like it. Seemed like regular lotion not a face lotion, like Vaseline1
Not an attractive product, once I put it on, I couldn't wait to wash it off - it just irritated and stung my skin - do NOT use if you have sensitive skin!!1
Left my combination skin super oily. So much so I had to wash it off within 5 min. Let my best friend try it and worked really well for her.1
It's a nice enough moisturizer, but I thoroughly disagree with the suggestion that it should be used on the lips. Not an appropriate smell/taste or consistency for that location. Fine on the hands. Stick to that.1
Unfortunately I had to toss this one in the garbage upon opening the tube- it smelled so strong that it made me nauseous.1
I was underwhelmed by this product. Everything from the packing to the actual product were subpar. I wouldn't spend my money on this product- I think there are better moisturizing products on the market.1
This smelled sort of like Vick's - the stuff your mom used to put on your chest when you had a cold. Tried putting some on but had to immediately wipe it off. I discarded the rest.1
