Professional Japanese mountain climbers use this all-over moisturizer to keep their skin protected when they're scaling Mount Everest, so you know there must be something special about it. Invented by a pharmacist back in the 1950s, Yu-Be has been Japan's top-selling skin cream for over 50 years. Great for head-to-toe hydration, it helps with all forms of stubborn dryness, including flaky red skin, chapped lips, and callused feet. The natural formula is free of ingredients like artificial dyes, fragrances, and petrolatum. It's so gentle that even infants and kids can safely use it.
Nothing too stand-out about this lip balm. The consistency is thick, which is good for the winter season but I prefer Jack Black lip balms as they are easier to glide onto your lips and they keep your lips as moisturized as the Yu-Be balm does. I do like the versatility of uses for this balm though, as it is not restricted to dry lips, but dry elbows, hands, cuticles, etc.3
At first I was put-off by the scent, but that doesn't stick around for more than a few seconds. I really like how it leaves my hands moisturized, but not goopey or slick.5
I wasn't overly impressed with this product. But I gave it to my husband to use with his winter time dry skin, and he really liked it. He uses it on his face and hands.3
This product truly works. i just wish it was bigger!5
If you're like me and suffer from dry skin and lips in the winter, this cream is really fantastic. It's kind of thick when you first apply, but quickly soaks into your skin making it smooth and fresh.5
The sample was very small and has an odd menthol smell to it. I thought it was going to be sticky at first, but it absorbed quickly and actually feels quite nice on the skin.4
The camphor in this cream gives the product a medicinal feel. It tingles slightly and smells very strongly. I used it on my hands and it was fine, but didn't produce any miracles. I would never use this on my face due to the effects and scent of the camphor.3
I love this product. It's amazing on my skin, even more on my face with having combination skin. The smell reminds me of Carmex and the fact that it can be used on yours lips and overall body is great5
I liked this cream--smells a little medicinal. good for very dry skin on legs and arms.4
This is a really great product, it can be used anywhere and I bought it already, I love that it is so moisturizing and a little goes a long way.5
