Professional Japanese mountain climbers use this all-over moisturizer to keep their skin protected when they're scaling Mount Everest, so you know there must be something special about it. Invented by a pharmacist back in the 1950s, Yu-Be has been Japan's top-selling skin cream for over 50 years. Great for head-to-toe hydration, it helps with all forms of stubborn dryness, including flaky red skin, chapped lips, and callused feet. The natural formula is free of ingredients like artificial dyes, fragrances, and petrolatum. It's so gentle that even infants and kids can safely use it.
It smelled gross and wasn't any better than other, cheaper, better smelling products out there. I could do without.3
I have bad dry skin and this cream in two applicantions made my skin smother then most products4
I'm a hairdresser of 15 years and I've tried everything under thee sun. From dermatologist prescribed creams to just plain vasalean. This looks like an ointment and smells mentholated but the cream soaks right in even if they are not freshly washed or paticularly dry. And the smell disapates quickly. The menthol actually penetrates to releave achey hands. I can't be without this cream in my bag. Its truly one of my best beauty finds.5
Enjoyed this product! It was super moisturizing and helped with any dry areas especially my cuticles. Will likely repurchase down the road4
Love the feel of my skin after using this product. So soft and smooth!4
I expected big things from this product and was not disappointed! Heels and elbows were silky soft after just the first use and the scent disappears quickly after application so definitely would not stop me from purchasing this effective cream.4
Initially the packaging was a let-down because it looked like a tiny foreign first aid cream. Then I used it and was pleasantly surprised. It was great at moisturizer super dry skin, like heels and hands. The peppermint smells was a turn-off to my husband but I didn't mind it. Reminded me of Burt's Bees lip balm. I actually looked into buying this but I was a little surprised at the higher price. Plus a major negative for me is that it contains parabens. Really trying to stay away from all the unnecessary chemicals. Take them out and I'd probably buy this because it feels silky and my skin was soft after just one use.3
The moisturizing skin cream is "okay" - I used it on my biggest problem area, my extremely dry heels! It doesn't work any better than my (much cheaper) drugstore foot cream. It's a little greasy and smells like Vick's Vapor Rub.3
I love trying out new moisturizers - this one works great!4
I have super chapped lips and this product didnt really help at all but it does alright on the skin3
