Professional Japanese mountain climbers use this all-over moisturizer to keep their skin protected when they're scaling Mount Everest, so you know there must be something special about it. Invented by a pharmacist back in the 1950s, Yu-Be has been Japan's top-selling skin cream for over 50 years. Great for head-to-toe hydration, it helps with all forms of stubborn dryness, including flaky red skin, chapped lips, and callused feet. The natural formula is free of ingredients like artificial dyes, fragrances, and petrolatum. It's so gentle that even infants and kids can safely use it.
Similar to other reviews, the smell of this product is terrible. I used it on my lips and it actually did not have a bad taste as I would have thought. It worked okay, at first, but then felt like the cream was peeling on my lips.3
It smelled strange at first but as promised the smell went away after five minutes. It was extremely moisturizing and was a good consistency.5
Nice size sample to leave in my purse. Great for my feet when they get dry and my hands and cuticles.4
If you can get past the medicinal scent that dissipates rather quickly, it's a great moisturizer!5
At first the menthol smells is strong but it fades fast. This is great for all over your body- lips, face, hands, etc. I keep this by my desk and use at least once a day. A little goes a long way.5
I'm sure this works really great, but I can't get past the smell. Yikes!2
I like this because it can be used just about anywhere and I like the smell too4
I did not like the smell of this at all. It stated the smell would go away but I didnt notice that at all either.1
The texture/consistency is a little weird. Doesn't have a smell which is a good thing for a healing lotion!3
It works very well on dry, chapped skin. I used it on my children's sensitive skin with no issues. The camphor smell goes away within a few minutes5
