Klorane's dry shampoo is such a star, were convinced it deserves its own spot on the Hollywood Beauty Walk of Fame. The longtime choice of celebs like Gwyneth Paltrow and Diane Kruger, its been praised for its versatility as a grease buster, volumizer, and waterless cleanser (no wonder it snagged Allure's Best of Beauty Award). Made with softening oat milk extracts, plus corn and rice starches, this ultrafine powder spray leaves nary a trace of residue behind. It performs a heroic array of functions: It soaks up oil and sweat from your roots and helps revive second day hair, amps up volume and helps extend the life of blowouts, and can be used as a texturing aide when you're trying to perfect a tricky updo.
I used this dry shampoo on my daughter this morning. I have a pre-teen and she sometimes runs late in the morning and skips her shower. I've never been a fan of dry shampoo but use it on occasion. The shampoo wasn't the most pleasant smelling but it got the job done.3
This product came in a nicely styled package (spray product). The design made me want to try the product. I found the fragrance was a little bit spray can-"ish", not like hair product fragrance. My hair is very thick and silky, also I have long hair. I didn't feel the product gave me a lift or bounce factor that had been indicated. It did make my hair look clean, so maybe with finer hair it would have given more lift and volume. Overall, worth trying and I would use the rest of the sample up on an average day. This was a generous sample I felt.3
I'm not for it that much. It's kind of eh. Not for me, not at all3
This is not my favorite dry shampoo I have found so far. Felt it was a very thick spray. Although I sprayed from a distance, still felt that once it was on hair it looked like white powder and I had to really rub into my scalp/hair unlike other dry shampoos I have used. Did not feel it took away the oily look as well as other products I have used.3
I have never been one for dry shampoo. I have used it a couple of times but I always feel like my hair is gross after using it. So I tried this sample and it was ok but still my hair felt dirty. Don't know if I used to much or what but I don't think I am a person for dry shampoo or at least this one.3
I had never tried dry shampoo and wash my hair every other day. I tried using this one day this week and seemed to hide the oiliness for maybe 2-3 hours. I was not impressed3
I love the smell, but does not work great for black hair. Didn't really seem to do much for the oil either.3
I used it on day 2 hair (I shower every other day
usually and have a normal/dry scalp ) and the product
did it's job, taking away the oiliness, though I feel it wore off after a while. definitely not for those with very oily scalps because it is a lighter dry shampoo and is lightly moisturizing. Good for normal/dry scalps.
I use dry shampoo all the time. This did a really good job although it doesn't last as long as some of my other ones. its great for just a few hours!3
I've had dry shampoos in the past that are supposed to help with oil/grease. I've always felt they made my hair looks more greasy. I've got naturally curly hair that is super thick. So I don't often look for volumizing anything. I've already got plenty of that! But it's still fun to try dry shampoos. This one did not have a memorable scent. I didn't look greasy when I put it on. But it didn't cause me to look greasy either. That was a nice change from the others I've tried.3
