Klorane's dry shampoo is such a star, were convinced it deserves its own spot on the Hollywood Beauty Walk of Fame. The longtime choice of celebs like Gwyneth Paltrow and Diane Kruger, its been praised for its versatility as a grease buster, volumizer, and waterless cleanser (no wonder it snagged Allure's Best of Beauty Award). Made with softening oat milk extracts, plus corn and rice starches, this ultrafine powder spray leaves nary a trace of residue behind. It performs a heroic array of functions: It soaks up oil and sweat from your roots and helps revive second day hair, amps up volume and helps extend the life of blowouts, and can be used as a texturing aide when you're trying to perfect a tricky updo.
This product smells like baby powder on steroids. It's nothing to get too excited over. It works fairly well. Very pressurized can sprays it into all aspects of the hair. You leave it on and then brush it out after two minutes. It works ok but the effects don't seem to last very long.3
I thought it was a great product to try and would definitely consider getting it when I'm out of the product I'm currently using3
I sprayed this on, let it sit for 2 minutes and brushed it out. My hair wasn't super oily, but it seems like you have to spray a lot of this for it to make a difference.3
Maybe it's just me, but I love the feel of my hair after a good wash in the shower. I know sometimes I don't have time, but I didn't feel like this product actually did it's job by not making my hair look "second-day." I could just have the wrong kind of hair for this product.3
Well, it's definitely not the worst dry shampoo product I've ever had, but it's not the best either. The smell is better that some of the other similar products out there. It did leave a bit of a white sheen on my hair, maybe that's because I have really dark hair, though. It would probably work better for people with average/thinner hair too, mine is super thick and I noticed it was still oily after an hour or so.3
I've been trying to go longer between washes, and this is a great dry shampoo. It soaks up the oil, doesn't leave a white residue and provides good texture for second day hair; however, I have tried several less expensive brand and was just as happy.3
while this product does get rid of the oil in your hair i did not feel it gave my hair the volume or texture that i wanted. i would use it for clean but not for texturing3
I did not notice a big difference between this product and regular dry shampoo you can get at the store for cheaper. It had the exact same results for me as other dry shampoos.3
The dry shampoo is great for a quick freshen up! Recommend having one on hand for those days you don't have time for the whole shower/shampoo experience.3
I have dark brown hair and this stuff just isn't for me. It made me look like I had gray hair when I sprayed it on. It did disappear a little when I brushed it through but there was still a gray tint in there. It smelled really nice though. I think I will just stick to my other dry shampoo.3
