Klorane's dry shampoo is such a star, were convinced it deserves its own spot on the Hollywood Beauty Walk of Fame. The longtime choice of celebs like Gwyneth Paltrow and Diane Kruger, its been praised for its versatility as a grease buster, volumizer, and waterless cleanser (no wonder it snagged Allure's Best of Beauty Award). Made with softening oat milk extracts, plus corn and rice starches, this ultrafine powder spray leaves nary a trace of residue behind. It performs a heroic array of functions: It soaks up oil and sweat from your roots and helps revive second day hair, amps up volume and helps extend the life of blowouts, and can be used as a texturing aide when you're trying to perfect a tricky updo.
... but it leaves your hair looking grey and it's difficult to get it to blend naturally. I like that it does make my hair feel cleaner.3
This product was somewhat effective on my hair, however, I wouldn't be able to use it on a regular basis because of the smell. It was impossible for me to use it without holding my breath or leaving the room until the air had cleared.3
I know that dry shampoo is all the rage, but did not think twice about it for myself since I have such oily hair. This was a pleasant surprise. I did not think that it would have an affect on my hair, but after trying it, I think I could go at least one day without using traditional shampoo/conditioner and using this instead. This would be especially convenient for travel!3
Definitely absorbed the oil well but I just wish I could find a dry shampoo that didn't kill the volume in my hair. I didn't mind the smell because it wasn't powerful and faded quick.3
Adds volume, but is difficult to rub in, even in blonde hair.3
I have oily hair, and it was not strong enough to counteract my oily hair. Other than that, it was good. It just did not take me through the whole day.3
I wasn't impressed with this product at all. Although, it does have a nice smell, I feel it wasn't effective. My hair still looked oily and the mist was powdery. Definitely won't be purchasing3
Dry shampoo doesn't seem to work for the oiliness of my hair on Day 2 but what it does do good is a texturizer on my freshly washed hair. Spritzed a little thru my hair before curling and it looked great!3
I've tried a lot of dry shampoos, this worked okay, but not as well as some. I wasn't a fan of the smell at all. I can buy a bigger can of L'Oreal dry shampoo that works better for cheaper, so this stuff seems pretty pointless to me.3
Cool concept for a beauty-n00b like me, but I don't know if it was effective or not. Smelled like hairspray and had no noticeable effect on my hair, but didn't do anything bad either, and at least I FELT better about my grease situation (even if I noticed no apparent difference)3
