Klorane's dry shampoo is such a star, were convinced it deserves its own spot on the Hollywood Beauty Walk of Fame. The longtime choice of celebs like Gwyneth Paltrow and Diane Kruger, its been praised for its versatility as a grease buster, volumizer, and waterless cleanser (no wonder it snagged Allure's Best of Beauty Award). Made with softening oat milk extracts, plus corn and rice starches, this ultrafine powder spray leaves nary a trace of residue behind. It performs a heroic array of functions: It soaks up oil and sweat from your roots and helps revive second day hair, amps up volume and helps extend the life of blowouts, and can be used as a texturing aide when you're trying to perfect a tricky updo.
I have fine brown hair that gets oily pretty quickly, and have yet to find a dry-shampoo that won't leave a residue/soapy afterfeel. I tried this 24 hours after washing my hair (when it starts looking greasy) and I had to take another shower after trying this because my hair looked and felt awful afterwords! It felt as if I added grease to it! The search for dry shampoo continues..1
Dry shampoos never work for me. I tried this and my hair felt overly saturated with the product, even though I used a very light hand when applying it. It also leaves residue, even after vigorous brushing. Had to step in the shower and wash it off.1
I am not pleased with this product, it is not good for curly hair.1
This is not something I would ever use. I shampoo and condition daily and do not care for dry shampoos.1
I was hoping this product would be different than other dry shampoos I have tried, but my hair is always left feeling dry and brittle. Maybe I don't use them properly but I am not a believer in dry shampoos yet.1
This dry shampoo left my medium brown/auburn hair with a grate hue. Not a good look!1
I loved the smell of this product but that's as far as that goes for me. When I used it I couldn't get the powdered part out of my hair just by brushing, like the instructions explain to do. I used a comb after brushing and then used had to use a towel to help ease out the powder. I've never used dry shampoo before and I just don't feel like it really cleans my hair like regular washing does. It's not abad product, just not for me.1
I really did not like this stuff, but I think the problem is dry shampoo is not going to work well for me. This may be a great product for someone who uses dry shampoo. I have thick, extremely curly hair. With dry shampoo you are supposed to rub it through your hair, then brush it out. With my curls, I wet my hair and use a wide-toothed comb. Between water and dry shampoo all I did was create a mess.1
I did not like this product. Left way too much of a film and flakes in my hair. It did smell good but I will not buy this product at all.1
I do not feel this product was effective at soaking up the grease after not washing your hair. It had a funky scent as well.1
