Klorane's dry shampoo is such a star, were convinced it deserves its own spot on the Hollywood Beauty Walk of Fame. The longtime choice of celebs like Gwyneth Paltrow and Diane Kruger, its been praised for its versatility as a grease buster, volumizer, and waterless cleanser (no wonder it snagged Allure's Best of Beauty Award). Made with softening oat milk extracts, plus corn and rice starches, this ultrafine powder spray leaves nary a trace of residue behind. It performs a heroic array of functions: It soaks up oil and sweat from your roots and helps revive second day hair, amps up volume and helps extend the life of blowouts, and can be used as a texturing aide when you're trying to perfect a tricky updo.
I am not a fan of dry shampoos unless I am in dire need after a workout or something until I can get to a shower. I wasn't a fan of the smell of this one either reminded me of a hospital.1
This product smelled good and the texture was nice. I don't like dry shampoos so this wasn't my cup of tea, but it'd be perfect for frequent dry-shampoo users.1
I used this sample. I did it on half my hair because I never used a dry shampoo and was very curious as to what difference it could make. I have hair that is highlighted with red and blond color. The dry shampoo turned it white. It got the cuff of my sweater shirt dirty when I sprayed it. The comb and brush had a lot of residue on it. I brushed/combed it out and saw minimal difference. Also the comb and brush turned white and needed to be washed. Overall this was very messy. The hair was still lighter after being combed and brushed. I don't use dry shampoo but it seems wrong it messes with the hair color.1
I wish it could use it but I use other products in my hair and have to wash my hair everyday. I just do not use dry shampoo1
I think this might work fine for some, but with my curly hair, dry shampoo is just not a good choice. The smell was light and not overpowering.1
I need to wash my hair every day. Dry shampoo does nothing for my hair. It's just not a product I would ever want or use.1
I wanted to like this since I use dry shampoo a few times a week. I have dark hair and held the can at 12" and did not have any residue, which is great. The smell could be better. I didn't feel that it made my hair feel "fresh" like my other dry shampoo does. Also, it gave no additional volume, which I have come to expect from dry shampoos. I waited the 2 minutes and brushed it through. My hair looked ok for about 5 minutes. It started to get that greasy, unwashed look fast. Now, a few hours later and I have to keep adjusting my hair to hide the matted, greasiness.1
The is probably the least favorite of any dry shampoo that I have tried and leaves a heavy white residue in hair.1
This is my first time using a dry shampoo and while I'm sure this is a great product/brand it's just not for me. I have very oily hair/scalp so I skipped a day of shampooing just to try this but my hair still looked oily. Plus this has a very strong scent that is overpowering.1
This product is okay for what it is, a dry shampoo. For me, dry shampoo is basically sprayable powder for your hair. The smell was better than most dry shampoos.1
