Klorane's dry shampoo is such a star, were convinced it deserves its own spot on the Hollywood Beauty Walk of Fame. The longtime choice of celebs like Gwyneth Paltrow and Diane Kruger, its been praised for its versatility as a grease buster, volumizer, and waterless cleanser (no wonder it snagged Allure's Best of Beauty Award). Made with softening oat milk extracts, plus corn and rice starches, this ultrafine powder spray leaves nary a trace of residue behind. It performs a heroic array of functions: It soaks up oil and sweat from your roots and helps revive second day hair, amps up volume and helps extend the life of blowouts, and can be used as a texturing aide when you're trying to perfect a tricky updo.
Completely visible in my dark hair, and doesn't work any differently than the drug store brands. No, thank you. I'd get Garnier's invisible dry shampoo or a tinted one before ever buying this.1
I gave it a go and I didn't like the feeling of fine powder in my hair. Also, The first ingredient is Butane? I should have read the ingredients before hand. It also smells like a chemical. Now my scalp is itchy and my hair is grainy. Never again.1
Although this product did help me to not have to wash (the fragrance was nice, and it made my hair feel clean) it left my hair frizzy - my curls turned into friz and so I ended up having to wash it to style it.1
I tried this product twice as directed, both times the shampoo was visible in my hair after brushing it through. I have dark brown hair and the white spray could not be worked in.1
It did absorb some oil but left my hair looking weirdly puffy and matte, even after vigorous brushing. The main reason I shampoo daily isn't oil but extravagant bed-head, which dry shampoo can't be expected to remedy. Even so, I think it made my bed-head worse by increasing the volume, and seemed to leave a residue after shampooing. Unless my hair suddenly becomes long and straight, I will not be purchasing this product.1
This is not for me at all! It made my hair look grey! And it didn't make it look any less oily. Plus it doesnt smell very good.1
I'm not a fan of dry shampoos...although I might save it for a camping trip to try.1
I'd never used a dry shampoo before so I was totally excited to be able to try it with my birch box sample. However, upon using it once I knew it wasn't for me. I couldn't get rid of my static and I didn't feel like it made my hair look better or even clean.
My sister in law loves it though. So I'll be giving it to her when I see her next. So don't be discouraged by my report. Could just be me. ?
I didn't like the smell or packaging for this one. Not my favorite dry shampoo.1
The product seems great, smell is nice, but I worry about my skin breaking out when I don't shampoo.1
