Klorane's dry shampoo is such a star, were convinced it deserves its own spot on the Hollywood Beauty Walk of Fame. The longtime choice of celebs like Gwyneth Paltrow and Diane Kruger, its been praised for its versatility as a grease buster, volumizer, and waterless cleanser (no wonder it snagged Allure's Best of Beauty Award). Made with softening oat milk extracts, plus corn and rice starches, this ultrafine powder spray leaves nary a trace of residue behind. It performs a heroic array of functions: It soaks up oil and sweat from your roots and helps revive second day hair, amps up volume and helps extend the life of blowouts, and can be used as a texturing aide when you're trying to perfect a tricky updo.
The product seems great, smell is nice, but I worry about my skin breaking out when I don't shampoo.1
Thought I'd try this out on Sunday since I didnt have a lot to do and really just needed to refresh my hair a little. Thank goodness I didn't need to go anywhere because I looked like my grandmother afterwards.1
I was excited to try the Klorane Dry Shampoo when it arrived in my box, but I was a little disappointed after trying it. *Disclaimer - I've never used dry shampoo before (I use baby powder for 'in-between wash' days.) The product comes out of the bottle very quickly, so it was difficult for me to apply the products to my roots without ending up with a LOT of white in my hair (I'm a dark brunette.) Even after brushing it out (per the directions), I could see small particles in my hair and my natural hair color was slightly dulled. Admittedly, baby powder doesn't add volume, but I prefer a simpler solution to the dullness and small particles of residue I had with this product.1
I have yet to have success with a dry shampoo. This one performed like the others I've used has, but it smelled like old lady aerosol deodorant.1
I think that this product is not suitable for someone with very dry hair.1
I have a really thin hair I don't like dry shampoo and I don't think it works and it's icky1
does not smell good and it is hard to blend into the hair even after the 2 minutes as directions say1
I don't like how big my hair gets after using this product. It is too difficult to tame.1
I have tried various brands of dry shampoo and they are not for me or my hair type. I want to like it and use them but I always end up washing my hair anyway.1
Finally got around to sampling this product and am glad I chose a lazy Sunday when I wasn't in a rush to get anywhere. I followed the instructions on the can and after brushing out the product it left my hair looking greyed and dull. I thought it might get better after a bit but didn't. Threw the rest out.1
