Klorane's dry shampoo is such a star, were convinced it deserves its own spot on the Hollywood Beauty Walk of Fame. The longtime choice of celebs like Gwyneth Paltrow and Diane Kruger, its been praised for its versatility as a grease buster, volumizer, and waterless cleanser (no wonder it snagged Allure's Best of Beauty Award). Made with softening oat milk extracts, plus corn and rice starches, this ultrafine powder spray leaves nary a trace of residue behind. It performs a heroic array of functions: It soaks up oil and sweat from your roots and helps revive second day hair, amps up volume and helps extend the life of blowouts, and can be used as a texturing aide when you're trying to perfect a tricky updo.
I'm stunned by all these high ratings. I was very anxious to use this sample and very excited about having a product I could use at work before going out after the day was done.
All this product did was make me look like I had just gone gray. It did not brush out all the way and did not "revive" when I used the blow dryer.
I typically do not use dry hair shampoo.... It had a nice smell though1
I don't use dry shampoo. I have an oily scalp & feel the need to wash my hair daily. I did try this, and it seemed to give my very fine hair some body. I also liked the scent.1
I am not a fan of dry shampoos. I don't understand them. I would rather wash my hair if it needs it.1
I have never been a dry shampoo kind of girl. I have very short hair and usually shampoo daily but sometimes every two days. I have never found the need for dry shampoo and I really don't care for it, this one included. It was one of the samples in my April BirchBox and I sampled it out of curiousity. I did not like the smell of it and I didn't like the way it felt on my hair. Sorry, but this product is not for me.1
I tried it out and while it smelled nice, my hair felt like it had a strange coating on it. Maybe it's because I didn't brush it thoroughly enough?1
The product has a terrible smell and it left my hair feeling very sticky and very dry.1
I have tried dry shampoo before and I never did like it. I did try this particular product and the smell was very strong and burnt my nose ... It didn't work for my hair, but I have very thick hair and maybe I didn't use enough?1
I'll admit, I just don't know how to properly use dry shampoo. It always makes my hair a sticky birds nest, no matter how far away I try to hold the can.1
I've never been a huge fan of dry shampoo or conditioner and this product didn't convince me otherwise. It just never works for me. This product smelled good, and I thought it might work for me, but I don't feel like it really did anything for me. I imagine that it could work better for someone else.1
