We desperately try to adhere to the less-is-more philosophy, and Dr. Jart's Water Fuse Beauty Balm helps us minimize our routine. A moisturizer, sunscreen, and treatment serum all-in-one, this tinted BB cream even helps hide imperfections—so there's no need for foundation or cover-up. Made with 50 percent water, the brand's Advanced Water Bead Technology helps hydrate and maintain healthy moisture for a dewy, fresh look, with additonal help from hyaluronic acid and aloe vera. Sebum-regulating ingredients keep your complexion from becoming greasy, and the broad-spectrum SPF 25+ blocks harmful UVA and UVB rays. Free of sulfates and phthalates.
I do like this cream. I think that it does even out my skin tone and the shade works great with my fair skin. It is lightweight and not greasy (it's water based), but I feel like it's more of a tinted moisturizer than a bb cream.4
This product is so light! It's perfect for those days you don't really want to wear make-up but you want your skin to look well blended.4
I have a love-hate relationship with BB creams, but this one falls on the love side. This product is definitely the best BB cream I've tried! My only complaint is that it doesn't provide as much coverage as my regular foundation, but I will use this product in the summer when my normal foundation melts off. I had some trouble with breakouts using the sample, but I hope those will go away if I continue use.4
I like this product quiet a bit. The coverage is very good and there is hardly any fragrance at all, which is a plus for me. The only draw back is that it isn't very moisturizing, I have to use a separate moisturizer first, which I'd rather not have to do.4
I got this in my box as a sample. I like it but I have other products I prefer to use but if you are looking to try something new, def. get this one :)4
I enjoyed this tinted moisturizer. some "tinted" moisturizers don't seem to actually have a tint, but this one definitely evened up my skin tone once i applied it -- didn't have to wear make up over it! - only con, it does smell a bit like sun screen, but with an awesome SPF of 25, you should expect that!4
This product was great for moisturizing and covering red spots, but when it came to applying it to my whole face it was just too much. Having that with an added spf, I would want to use it for my whole face.4
I have used tinted moisturizers before because I like using a light amount of makeup. This seemed to really hydrate my skin and I love that it has sunscreen. It felt good on my skin and the color was perfect. I thought the coverage was light but just enough. I like the way it looks on my skin. I think this is a better product than the cheaper versions I have used but the price is too much for me.4
i have gotten this same item from BB in the past - i really like it. i haven't used this particular sample yet thought because i try and use non-spf things in the winter ( i live in the NW and it's cloudy and rainy most days). it is a great BB cream, however there are ones i would rather buy.4
This is a nice light-medium coverage BB cream. I found it much easier to apply with a foundation brush. When I did it with my hands, it was chalky and really hard to get even, but it went on very well with a brush. The color was great for my light-medium skin and I felt it was long lasting even though I have pretty oily skin. It is roughly the same price as the BB cream I use currently. I'm not sure if I like it more or not, but when I'm done with my current one, I might try this one again. I like Dr. Jart products on me, so I'd be willing to give this another shot!4
