We desperately try to adhere to the less-is-more philosophy, and Dr. Jart's Water Fuse Beauty Balm helps us minimize our routine. A moisturizer, sunscreen, and treatment serum all-in-one, this tinted BB cream even helps hide imperfections—so there's no need for foundation or cover-up. Made with 50 percent water, the brand's Advanced Water Bead Technology helps hydrate and maintain healthy moisture for a dewy, fresh look, with additonal help from hyaluronic acid and aloe vera. Sebum-regulating ingredients keep your complexion from becoming greasy, and the broad-spectrum SPF 25+ blocks harmful UVA and UVB rays. Free of sulfates and phthalates.
This product feels great on my skin and I love the way it makes my skin look2
This made my face look slightly oily, I had to put powder over after, and it did not hide my acne. It does seem light, but it's not great for people who need a high amount of coverage. I have both bags and acne and would not include this in my normal routine.1
I was really excited to use this as a foundation, after receiving it as a sample. It seemed like it would be really easy to use and it was. Not to mention, it looked WONDERFUL. However, after only two days of use, my skin became increasingly dry. This is usually never a problem for me, as my skin is usually the opposite of dry. It has now been three days since I used the product and I cannot use more than enough moisturizer on my face to try to get it back to normal. It seemed like a nice product, but I am not skeptical to use others.2
I just purchased this full size. I don't like wearing foundation as it looks really obvious on my skin but I have uneven skin and it gets flushed very easily so I like to have a base to keep it more even and skin-toned. I love that this has SPF in it. I use it over my moisturizer and it does give a good base but when my skin flushes, the pink still comes through. I use a finishing powder over it lightly because of the dewiness (while good, it can be a bit too much for me at least). I haven't decided if it's worth it for the price, as it doesn't do a ton, but it does a decent job and doesn't make me break out at all.3
I love this product! It goes on so lightly and really helps to keep my make up smooth and last long throughout my busy day. This is great!5
Loved my sample, and a girlfriend who's a makeup artist has been recommending to everyone we know. Decent coverage of my melasma (thanks, kids!) and has a nice finish.5
I haven't used BB creams before but I think I am already hooked. My skin felt great all day but not greasy! I realized after my first time using this I didn't need to use a separate moisturizer underneath it (just habit, but, makes sense I don't need it with a BB cream right?) and that cut any greasiness. I am pretty fair so the color is perfect for winter. May be too light in the summer. Somehow covered my blemishes and redness without being heavy or really feeling like I had makeup on. Definitely will be ordering a full size when this is gone!5
I was a little hesitant about trying this product- I have sensitive skin and am always looking for ways to cover red patches. I tried this balm and was pleasantly surprised. Went on really smooth and was light on my skin. Gave nice coverage, and love that it is spf 25. Used it under my pressed powder and skin looked great! Will likely buy this product in the next few months.5
I'm not going to lie, I honestly am not exactly sure how to use this product but it looks appealing so I will try it soon3
I am always on the search for a good moisturizing sunscreen that I can put on under my makeup. This was good and I'll have to try it a bit more to really tell if it works with all my different foundations.4
