We desperately try to adhere to the less-is-more philosophy, and Dr. Jart's Water Fuse Beauty Balm helps us minimize our routine. A moisturizer, sunscreen, and treatment serum all-in-one, this tinted BB cream even helps hide imperfections—so there's no need for foundation or cover-up. Made with 50 percent water, the brand's Advanced Water Bead Technology helps hydrate and maintain healthy moisture for a dewy, fresh look, with additonal help from hyaluronic acid and aloe vera. Sebum-regulating ingredients keep your complexion from becoming greasy, and the broad-spectrum SPF 25+ blocks harmful UVA and UVB rays. Free of sulfates and phthalates.
the only bb creams i have even used in the past have left me feeling greasy and like i have no coverage. this does leave my skin feeling a little bit shiny, but it also is summer and humid so hard to gauge. this product does, however, provide great coverage! doesnt feel too heavy or too light. only thing is the sample i was given was a shade that is too light for me. have still been using it just putting a little bit of powder over it to blend a little better :)4
This is the second product from this brand that I have tried. (The other was a sample from Sephora.) I like that this one has the SPF added, and has nice, smooth coverage. Not too heavy.5
i don't normally wear liquid foundation. I like this because it's very light & goes on smooth. Has a slight smell, but overall isn't too bad. Not sure I would purchase at this price though.5
Great texture and consistency - it really makes my skin look great!5
Used the sample as a day of sunscreen at the beach. Was great for the day, but definitely wouldn't purchase due to the high pricepoint. Felt it was on par with a Neutrogena sunscreen.3
First of all, let me start by saying that the size and presentation of this product is wonderful. This company definitely provides enough to actually "test" the product. I used this beauty balm during my stay at the beach, when I work out, and do outside activities. It stays on really well. The smell was decent, could do a little better. I have noticed I had a few minor breakouts (but it was also my time of the month when I started using it). Overall this product is great.4
Dr. Jart+ Water Fuse Beauty Balm is defiantly less is more. it feels amazing on my skin.4
I thought the coverage of this cream was good, although the color a little bit too light, and I really disliked the fact it smells like pure sunscreen. Overall a good product though.4
While I really liked the smell and texture of this BB cream, I wasn't thrilled with the size and only got a handful of uses out of it. I dont typically use a BB cream but really liked the way this made my skin look and feel. Would've preferred for the SPF to be higher, more like 40+.3
I was excited to try a product that would simplify my morning routine. I don't always wear makeup so I was pleased to see this labeled as "beauty balm". I was disappointed based solely on the description. I found this to be a great tinted moisturizer and sunscreen. It goes on easy enough, but is a bit greasy at first. This goes away once the product has set in and it ends up being light. The color seemed to even my skin tone a bit but did not work as a BB cream does. It did not seem to fill in pores or even out texture. It's great for by the pool or going to the beach, but I would not recommend for everyday without a separate BB cream.3
